Good fun and AMAZING experience. We loved this adventure so much and our guide Ruben was really good! We spent about 4 hours of fun, ride (some offroading too) and beauritul views.

Abholung höchst mangelhaft, man teilte mit 30 min. vor Abfahrt beim Hafen zu sein, tatsächlich kam der Bus zu spät. Ich wartete 35 Minuten. Quads in keinem guten Zustand, man musste unterschreiben, dass man für alle Schäden selbst aufkommt. Als ich eine Runde ums Quad vornahm und alle Schäden aufnehmen wollte, hat man mir das verweigert und brachte die wartenden 3 weiteren Personen gegen mich auf, dass sie wegen mir warten mussten. herrischer Guide, der selbst mit einem Buggy fuhr, damit, wenn es regnet er, der "Prinz" geschützt ist. Als ich mir bei der Rückgabe bestätigen lassen wollte, dass es keine Neuschäden gab, verweigerte man das. Höchst seltsam, Personen, die keine Schäden vorher aufnehmen und sich die ordnungsgemäße Rückgabe bestätigen lassen, haben mit hohen Zahlungen zu rechnen. Helme höchst mangelhaft, teilweise beschädigt. Lehnen Sie einen solchen Helm ab! Ich kann es nicht empfehlen, noch war es jetzt so schön von den Wegen, man fährt viel auf der Straße.

Amazing experience exploring Sete Cidades and a traditional lunch spot in a small town. I would recommend the buggys as the ATV’s are more dangerous and uncomfortable.

Egy fantasztikus túra és egy fergeteges túravezető! Egesz napos túrán vettünk részt, nagyon nagy kaland volt. Reggel indultunk és délután értünk vissza. Ebéd utánra elszakadt az ég, ettől csak még érdekesebb lett. Ha mentek kérjetek Ruben - t, egyszerűen tökéletes túrát csinált. A nevetésé mindig a főszerep

This was an awesome experience. The guide (staff) was very friendly and serviceable. He explained to my wife how to ride the ATV before we left the meeting point (along with a safety briefing). I will suggest to wear a good wind breaker and to check the weather for Sete Cidades for that morning. It was foggy for us on that morning and it rained on the way up the rim. But the truth is that we really enjoyed u and had a good time just riding up the mountain (even when we were getting wet). Once we got to the top we could see and enjoyed the awesome view of both sides, and the weather changed for better. The trails were ok and we were keeping a slow speed to admire their outdoors. The food at Sete Cidades was delicious, and the people/staff was very friendly in that town. The church is very pretty and it’s garden was beautiful. Once again: the view from up there is AMAZING!

El tour muy chulo. La única cosa que nos disgusto, es que en la furgo, el guía, Gabriel, nos llevaba a 8 personas, todas con mascarilla dentro todo el rato. Al comienzo le pedimos que por favor se pusiera mascarilla, y NO HUBO MANERA....Nos habían dicho que en transporte público era obligatorio, pero Gabriel decía que no era transporte público. Nos pareció cabezonería y poca delicadeza, siendo el profesional que guiaba la excursión habiéndose lo pedido expresamente. Por lo demás todo correcto, pero al principio clima de mal humor ....

I could not have asked any more from the staff at Civitatis and ANC. As I am solo traveler, it was difficult finding a tour that would book a single, but Sylvia at Civitatis was able to accommodate me, and Luis at ANC took great care of me and the group I was with. I was disappointed that the foggy weather prevented seeing the great views from the crater ridge, but that was not anyone’s fault. I had an excellent time regardless with a nice group of people.
