Zouhair was an EXCEPTIONAL tour guide. He greeted us early at our hotel to begin our tour in Casablanca. He ensured that we were well cared for as first time travelers to Morocco. He also offered to take many of our pictures, shared stories about his hometown of Casablanca, and gave us a personal and informative overview of Morocco overall. Our drive to Rabat was peaceful and smooth. We had a delicious lunch before exploring the coast line of Rabat on foot and in the car. It was a wonderful day! We will definitely suggest Zouhair to be our tour guide again. Morocco is such a beautiful and special place!

Drivers in Morocco are scary dangerous. Our mini bus driver was skilful and very calming for his passengers. We toured the Grand Mosque, food markets & Rabat. What a diverse & exciting Country. Wheelchair access was good everywhere except at the local Rug merchant, which was not a major disappointment!!! One rug was sold to our group. Great day tour, thoroughly recommended for Cruise ship tourists.

Zuhair was a great driver and guide with a wealth of experience in the business both in Morroco and the US. We covered the highlights of both cities in the comfort of a luxury sedan with a delicious river view lunch in Rabat. This was an ideal way to make a cruise ship stop.

Amine our chauffeur was super amazing and great. Highly recommended to get a tour with him. The vehicle used was also comfortable and clean. Definite 5 stars for convenience, comfort, and quality service.

A wonderful and memorable day spent with our tour guide, Youssef. Youssef set a comfortable pace that allowed us to linger and see what we wanted to see. He was full of knowledge both local and national and an exceptional communicator. All around kind and easy-going person to spend a day with. He also helped arrange transfer and other tours with his knowledge of Morocco. Highly recommend! Thank you, Youssef! Teri and Mike

We had a wonderful day with Zouhair on the tour of Casablanca and Rabat. We hit the high points of each, experienced as locals would, and thoroughly enjoyed. We’d absolutely call on Zouhair and the group again for a tour.

It was a perfect day touring both Casablanca and Rabat. Many thanks to our tour guide and driver Zouhair who was excellent and provided us with lots of information and great stops along the way to see the sites. He picked us up from the cruise port and we visited the amazing Hassan II Mosque and other sites in Casablanca and then drove along the Corniche with great ocean views. Then onward to Rabat where we had a delicious lunch sitting alongside the river. We saw the major sites in Rabat, enjoyed the amazing views, and learned to much about the history and the culture. It was a great day tour thanks to Zouhair! Highly recommend this as a way to see both cities in one day and experience more of Morocco.

This tour was absolutely wonderful! The guide, Zouhair was prompt, polite and professional and made sure that the drive and the excursion was enjoyable and informative. A beautiful tour of Casablanca first then Rabat and the Atlantic coast with stops along the way for pictures. It was a well-organized, well-timed tour. The car is clean and comfortable with free wifi, water and refreshing wipes for when it gets too hot. More than enough time is given to fully enjoy and learn about each place and Zouhair was always ready to assist in any way possible. I would absolutely recommend this tour when visiting Casablanca and Rabat. 10/10!

First, I want to comment on the review system. This is the fourth time I attempted a review. the first three times were on my handheld and it was such a hassle. When I click DONE, it just blinked and stayed there. This fourth attempt is on my notebook. Hope it works. Tripadvisor, please improve your review system for handheld platforms. The one thing that stands out on this tour is the punctuality of our guide Mr Zouhair. The best thing about him is his ability to interact with us. As tourists, we naturally have lots of questions and Zouhair did very well, providing the answers in good English. He also peppers his answers with the right humour. He is also a very pleasant and patient person and drove us safely to our stops very carefully navigating the traffic. I must also say he keeps the car very clean. I wish all my other tours in Morocco were handled by him. Well done Zouhair, and thank you!

Do not use this company when you only have one day to see Casablanca and Rabat. They never showed up to pick us up at the cruise terminal in Casablanca. I reached out to premium transfers and tours in February to find out their availability for our May 20th day in Casablanca. They were available and after many, many emails, I felt comfortable to pay in advance for our tour. I was reminded, multiple times to be first off the ship and be ready at 7:00 am. We were second off the ship, but waiting from 7:00am until 8:00am. I confirmed before I left the US and again the day before the tour, assuring them that I would be ready at 7:00. No one showed up!!! We did not have wifi service in Morocco, but borrowed access from the person organizing all of the ship tours and left an email. Someone at the port called the phone number that is on all of the emails and he said that no one answered. We tried multiple times. We ended up simply having a driver at the port, bring us to the sites we were suppose to see by guided tour. I was not comfortable doing this, what if he wasn't there for pick-up? , but we wanted to see Casablanca and Rabat. We will never get this day back and I never plan on going back to Morocco. I followed up by email, once I had service, after the cruise, and the response that I got was that they miscommunicated with their driver and refunded me, but I will never get that day back!!! No guided tours, no lunch. Think twice, if your time is limited!!!
