Traveler Reviews

We were very disappointed with this tour. Unlike the drivers we had on previous Viator tours, our guide/driver hardly spoke any English at all and was not able to communicate effectively with us. Consequently, we received no explanations whatsoever about the various sites that we visited - not even the simplest overview. While we were able to see the places listed on our tour, we didn't learn anything about them. Moreover, the driver spent most of the time that he was driving on the phone, which became most irritating over the course of the afternoon. Also, please note that we were not offered any water as stated and that the Dubai Museum which we were supposed to visit is currently closed.
