    Ein VAN holte uns pünktlich zur angegebenen Zeit an unserem Hotel ab. Es wurden dann weitere Hotels und Treffpunkte angefahren und Passagiere stiegen zu. Wir stiegen dann an einem Punkt in der Stadt in einen etwas größeren Bus um. An der Tour selbst gab es nichts auszusetzen. Der Bus war nicht mit W-LAN ausgestattet, wie auf der Website angekündigt, aber letztendlich hat das nichts mit der Tour an sich zu tun. Unser Fahrer hat immer klar und deutlisch die Aufenthaltsdauer und die Abfahrtszeiten angekündigt und das klappte alles reibungslos. Die Tickets für die Hornblower Bootstour hatten wir per email erhalten und uns vor Abfahrt im Hotel ausgedruckt. An den Wasserfällen hatten wir genügend Zeit, noch eine andere Aktivität zu machen. Gegen 19:30 waren wir wieder zurück am Hotel. Alles in allem ein gelungener Tag.

    It was an awesome experience, from the morning at 7:30am pick up at our Hotel's door Courtyard by Marriot at Airport - which is a plus and very convenient - by Kevin a great guy, we went all the way to Downtown Toronto to get together with other passagers then take our bus 30 person capacity, very comfortable, modern with USB chargerstations, air conditioning our driver Z was also great. Overall they were very kind, punctual, and funy making the experience much better with an excellent service that will go the extra mile, they also have free bottled water on the bus and free WiFi. We did several stops in Niagara Falls, sightseeing points, Msple syrup tasting, shops, also a Boat ride, you can choose a Helicopter ride too, and a lunch buffet with a view. After lunch we went to see the top of the Niagara falls and other sightseeing like the Flower Clock, Whirlpool and Cabke card, the River etc. At the end we visit Niagara on the Lake a very beautiful Old Town. We were dropped on our hotel around 6:30 pm this is depending on the traffic, we are very pleased with this tour company, I will defenitely recommend and we will use it again. Will give more than 5 stars if I could.

    The trip was so late. We were more than one hour delayed compared to the schedule. There was no wine tasting but instead maple syrup tasting. The actual product you buy is a bus drive to Niagara fall and another couple other locations but I would not call it a Tour.

    Journee a niagara memorable avec un chauffeur-guide largement au dessus de la moyenne et tres plaisant. "..a brown guy in a black car...in a beautiful country who welcomes everyone from everywhere with love....." as he said Merci encore à cet exceptionnel Monsieur . Virement d'autres decouvertes

    Completely false advertising, ripping people off for parts of the tour that are never delivered. There was no wine tasting, our driver's explanation was that it's because since covid the wineries have started charging money for visitors to come and do wine tasting. The pandemic has been going for over 2 years, why is WINE TASTING listed everywhere on the website still then? Also no wifi on the bus, extremely disappointed

    My family and I embarked upon a Niagara tour from Toronto on July 20th. Kevin especially was so rude to me that I was left in disbelief. Wifi on the bus is advertised by the company on its website. It was a large attraction for my family as we were from out the country and did not have data plans on all of our phones. When we got on the bus, we asked the driver for the wifi passcode and he simply and plainly responded ‘I do not have it’ without any apology. I then called the company and spoke to Kevin who said that he would work on it. He sounded harassed but he did commit to figuring out a solution. He said he would call back. About half an hour later, I called again. The shock of my life is what Kevin said next, ‘stop harassing me about wifi wifi wifi! You’re going to Niagara, focus on Niagara and stop asking me about wifi. I can’t help you. I can give you your money back if you keep asking me for wifi’. This was an amenity that was advertised clearly on the website and he we so upset that I was asking out it. He had a thick Indian accent but I didn’t understand him. Finally, we stopped at a location and shockingly Kevin came on the bus and announced ‘who is asking for wifi?’ I put my hand up, my mother and two daughter sitting in my row. He said ‘I can’t help you. The best I can do is give you my phone’. He handed me his phone which did not provide a hotspot to my family and we needed use of our own phones not his. I handed the phone to the driver at the first stop as this solution did not suffice or help in any way. In the meanwhile, I was emailing someone else with the little signal I could get at stops. I was finally given a passcode to the bus’ wifi. Apparently it’s not routinely given out, though it’s routinely advertised. No one in the service industry has ever spoken to me this way. The tour guide was quiet for the most part. His thick Indian accent prevented me from understanding him. I just continued with the day as my kids and mum and I already planned the day and I did not want to disappoint them. What an awful customer service experience. So disrespectful and rude!

    On a positive, we got to the falls, and that is well worth it for sure, although Niagra Falls has over the years become quite tacky and very commercialised……but ultimately it’s a tourist hotspot There is a fair amount that King Tours can do to improve their customers experience….. 1) Deliver what is advertised, free wi-fi, there was none 2) Wine tasting, did not happen, we tasted Maple Syrup !! 3) Niagra on the lake, lovely place….got 30 minutes (more time at the maple syrup place) 4) Drove straight past the Floral clock (no photo opportunity) 5) Biggest gripe was the price…..hotel sorted it (paid on the bus) we paid CAD 150 ea, now check the website prices, for what we had is CAD 113 ea….so book online, you will save, there is something going on there which didn’t make us comfortable, will leave that there. Driver was quite knowledgeable, however ate breakfast on way down (did swerve a couple times) and FaceTimed and on phone on way back !!….heavy footed on the brake as well at times !!
