Know More about this tour

Begin with pick-up at 7.30am from your desired place in Jaipur. Visit Amber Fort - The magnificent, formidable, honey-hued fort of Amber (pronounced 'amer'), an ethereal example of Rajput architecture, rises from a rocky mountainside about 11km northeast of Jaipur, and is the city’s must-see sight. It comprises an extensive palace complex, built from pale yellow and pink sandstone, and white marble, and is divided into four main sections, each with its own courtyard.
Photo Stop at Jal Mahal (Water Palace) - Near the cenotaphs of the maharanis of Jaipur and beautifully situated in the watery expanse of Man Sagar, is this dreamlike palace.
Photo Stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) - Jaipur’s most distinctive landmark is an extraordinary pink-painted delicately honeycombed hive that rises a dizzying five storeys. It was constructed in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh to enable ladies of the royal household to watch the life and processions of the city.Later enjoy your lunch at a Local Restaurant.

We had a completely lovely day with this tour company. We were most safe with our driver D.K. and patiently shown around by our tour guide Ashok. We have booked many tours with this same company in different cities in our 18 day tour of India. All were first class service. Although we researched and read much before we came, we were taught so much more by our private guides. I highly recommend this company (which booked our rooms for us too - all great choices). And I highly recommend this day tour. It is easy paced and the restaurant choices are vetted for safe food for us tourists. We could not have asked for more, and in fact this tour exceeded our expectations.

WoW !!!! What an incredible city full of beautiful treasures !!! Mr. Surya was incredibly knowledgeable of all the main attractions we visited regaling us with a wealth of information that we would have missed out on had we not hired a guide . He was very accommodating of our needs and even took us to a local textile shop to buy a tailor made kurta made with that famous block printing technique unique to the Jaipur region . Was a most wonderful spot who had the custom made kurta delivered to our beautiful hotel along with a bed runner I also custom made using this gorgeous raw silk fabric . We loved this entire tour . It was captivating and fascinating from beginning to end . Jaipur is a must visit for the India enthusiasts and no better guide than Surya and his most amazing driver who whisked us through the congested streets with expert and most efficient skills

Surya our guide was pleasant and informative. There was great attention to detail and knowledge of local sights and sounds of the tour. We wanted to have lunch at a specific spot and he was kind enough to take us there. He also recommended an additional sight to visit. Also a great photographer and knows all the spots for a great pic. I recommend using this company when touring Jaipur.

We had a wonderful time exploring Jaipur with the help of our guide and driver. We were collected at our hotel and saw so many amazing and interesting sights like city palace, amber fort, jantar mantar, the wind palace and more. Jantar Mantar was probably our favourite because it was so interesting and beautiful at the same time. Lunch was a gorgeous thali, and bottled water was provided throughout our trip. KK and Vijay were both kind and funny, and we learned so much about Jaipur’s history on this trip. We even got the chance to go shopping for some jewellery and rugs at the end of the trip. I would highly recommend this trip to others.

Jaipur by train, highly recommend, I would suggest that you pay a bit extra to upgrade to Executive Class. The train, clean and comfortable. Quite good food supplied, but take extra snacks etc. The tour: Pick up at the hotel was good with Sunil Kumar, he also collected us from the station for the transfer back. The guide in Jaipur was one of the best – Ashok Sharma! Helpful and informative, he actually took an interest in us and tried to understand out physical levels for the walking and walking and walking and the heat. Our guide would not only buy us ice cold water but also ice cold soft drinks, the supplied lunch at the restaurant was a mixed Indian platter and good quality. Our guide would even give us advice and assistance when buying from the locals. The driver was excellent and worked the traffic well. Communication with the booking company was good This is a $$$ tour per person by train, but much more comfortable and enjoyable by train. This was a long, but well worth it day tour!!

We’d like to thank our private guide (Ashok) and driver (KK) for their hospitality and fabulous service which made our day tour of Jaipur with a toddler seemless. We found Ashok to be extremely informed, fun, funny and passionate and the way he imparted his knowledge of Jaipur and the monuments clearly demonstrated his love for his job and his city. We also loved the fact that he was multi-lingual and spoke Spanish, English and French- common to what we speak- which made us feel right at home. If you are in need of a multi-lingual guide who is extremely knowledgeable, we’d recommend Ashok in a heartbeat. KK, our driver, travelled with us from Agra to Jaipur. He not only was a safe and expert navigator, but had a vast amount of information he could share about the cities, towns and villages between Agra and Jaipur. He also knew tourist-friendly hygenic places to eat, which was a bonus. We’d be happy to pass on their and PCTI’s information to any family/ friends travelling to the Golden Triangle, India.
