We started the day at the offices and were soon sorted into tours and headed off on a bus to theTasman Peninsula. The tour guide was great, giving us little bits of information as we went along. We then went for a lovely morning tea and then got on the boat. The boat trip was fantastic. Very cold and windy - so rug up! They give you a raincoat thing, but it doesn’t provide warmth, just splash and some wind protection. We got to see seals, cormorants and the beautifully rugged coastline and very close up - Some caves we almost went into! We then went onto Port Arthur, where we had lunch and then some time to look around. We only got about 2 1/2 hours all up there, so it wasn’t long enough to thoroughly explore the site, but that’s to be expected on a tour like this. We then drive back to Hobart. All in all the tour was a fabulous day out and I’d recommend it to anyone!

Really great tour with a bit of everything. We did the tour with the added Tasmanian Devil Park. All the staff and tour guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable. We were one of the luck few who got to experience the 'One Way Trip' on the cruise. Saw seals, dolphins and amazing sea caves. Be aware that if you experience the One Way Trip, be prepared for a rough ride on the waves. I would still highly recommend this tour as it's so much fun, but if your not up for a wild ride, stay up the back of the boat.

The Tasmanian Devil Park was a nice change of pace after the boat adventure, with lovely animal info sessions and Tazzie Devils! All in all, a varied fun day out. Well worth it!

Highly recommended. The Tasman coastline is breathtaking with it's high cliffs, caves and wildlife. Tim and Angie were fantastic in getting the boat very close to the rock edges and provided interesting and insightful information. We saw many dolphins that followed the boat, large groups of seals on rock ledges, and many types of birds including albatross and eagles. The boat itself is purpose built for this use and was very new and comfortable.

This was truly fantastic. The boat ride was bumpy so be aware if you have motion sickness or are not into that sort of stuff.
