I specially booked this tour due to it being by car to Ras Mohammed and not by boat. Vendor contacted me for the pickup and was picked up on time. However, we arrived at the port to board a boat which was not what I had reserved. Couldn't get in touch with the vendor and when I did get in contact with him he didn't care and argued that I could do the tour I had booked another day which I informed him I already had other tours booked for those other days. He proceeded to hang up on me with no resolution. Very nice customer service...this how Egypt wants tourism. It took me years to save and plan this trip to then to have this idiot mess up my day...I specifically booked this tour since it's description says it's by car. Who does he think he is to make changes and then on top of it argue in regard instead of fixing the issue he messed up...there was still plenty of tine to have someone get me by car and go on to Ras Mohammed...he just didn't care, rude and no customer service. As for Viator needs to make sure the descriptions are accrued. I booked another tour before this and then realize the description was deceptive even the Viator agent agreed when I called them to verify what it was about and ended up cancelling due to it being by boat when it said by car. By car they mean it's to the port and then by boat. By boat you do not see much of Ras Mohammed park except underwater snorkeling/diving. Which is amazing.
