  Abbiamo effettuato il tour con Carla Maria e possiamo solo elogiarne la puntualità, la competenza, la massima disponibilità e l'allegria con cui ci ha fatto compagnia. Ci ha seguito in tutto fornendoci tutte le spiegazioni possibili. Inoltre debbo segnalare il minivan comodo e pulito e l'ottima conduzione di Carla. Tour da consigliare sicuramente anche per il buon pranzo in un tipico locale portoghese.

  Carla did a fabulous job of personalizing our trip/tour, and seemed very aware of everyone's needs/interests, despite a few struggles from patrons along the way. You could tell, she knew her business, was very emotionally intelligent and got us to our destinations on time. We loved her--and so did our children.

  Excellent tour with Tour Guide Wilson. Great flexibility in timings and freedom to roam places of interest as much as we liked. Very good lunch in Braga included. Looking forward for more tours with this company.

  Fantastic tour! Even though it was a rainy day the guide Wilson was very accommodating and flexible, so we spent time in different locations depending on how heavy the rain was. The lunch was in a beautiful little cafe, the best food. It would have been nice to have a few more people on the tour, but it was essentially a private tour with us and the guide! A very pleasant day, saw a lot in just one day. Would recommend!

  Magique cette montée des marches, un point de vue magique a ne surtout pas rater !!! Il y a des paliers pour tout monter. Donc pas trop difficile

  A great taster of all that the region has to offer with a particular emphasis on the Church which was especially poignant given that we visited over the Easter weekend. Lovely driver with good local knowledge but would have liked more in-depth commentary.

  We had a great time, the itinerary was well balanced, our guide Carla was very enthusiastic, very good providing directions, knowledgeable, and sensitive with our needs . Best choice for our first visit to Braga and Guimaraes.

  In our agreement with Viator/Meridian we were told that we would have a guide who would know about the history of the sites we were seeing in Braga and Guimaraes. What we got was a driver who knew where the sites were but who knew nothing about them. He admitted that he knew nothing during the tour. While we got to see all of the sites we were constantly attempting to download information about the sites on our phones. The guide/driver was a nice guy but he left us alone at each site. We expected, as should everyone who pays 400 Euro, to get some background information about each site, if not being guided through the site.

  My wife and I booked a group day tour to Braga and Guimaraes. Our guide, Milena, from Meridian4people arrived on time and announced we were the only customers so this became a private tour. We travel a lot and this was one of the best tours we ever took, not for a small part because of our guide. Milena was so knowledgeable about the history of Portugal, pleasant, with a great sense of humor. She essentially spoke for the entire day about the important and less important aspects of places we visited but never becoming overwhelming. She always offered options of resting or continuing further when available, recommending but never imposing. We give her an absolute 5 stars (out of 5) and would love to have her as our guide for additional tours we are taking. We definitely recommend asking for her if booking a tour through this company.
