- Then will go to Saqqara ( the first pharaonic necropoli in the world ), in Saqqara there are around 15 Pyramids including the Step Pyramid of King Zoser ( the first Pyramid was built in Egypt 3000 B.C ), so you have a chance to see them and to go inside one of them , We recommend King Unas Pyramid because of the Pyramid Texts are carved in fine detail into the stone and filled with blue pigment. They cover all the available wall space, plus 2 Nobles' tombs ( amazing high reliefs in these tombs for fishing scene, agriculture, hunting, farmers while working in farms of animals and birds, the market , parties and girls dancing ), Then you will go to Imhotep museum , it's very little museum but very rich important objects for example ( a part of the interior wall of the Step Pyramid which decorated by blue faience porcelain tiles , 2 Royal mummies, lots of statues for the important employees such as a Judge and Scribe, Imhotep statue ( the Vizier , architect, private doctor of king Zoser ) , coffins and very well hand made jars , cups , dishes which made out of Alabaster stone ),

- Then will go afternoon to Dahshur site to visit the 3nd and the 4rd Pyramids were built in Egypt 2700 B.C, both belong to king Snefru, you have also a chance to go inside the Red Pyramid to watch the reddish limestone of the Pyramid. Then back to the hotel by 4 PM.

Really enjoyed the trip, our guide was very good and very knowledgeable about the pyramids and the tombs, he was also happy for us to take a camel ride while we were there and arranged a decent price. The lunch was really good as well but expect it to be about 4pm, which seems to be the normal time to have lunch in Egypt. We didn't spend long in the Memphis museum, as we were there at the tail end of the day, but we did the most important stuff first and we had also asked to see the Serapeum where the bull sarcophagus's are, for an extra payment, which was well worth it. Feel Best Day Tours was a most professional tour and very good value.

This was a very full day. Pick up at 8.30am got back around 6.00pm. Comfortable private mini bus. Our very knowledgeable guide was Nasser and we felt very safe travelling with with. He was very flexible with our request to see the Seriphium Apis Bulls, even though it was not on the itinerary. Saqqara us a must see, and there is quite a lot to do there. Lengthy camel ride was LE 200, and much better value than at Giza Pyramids LE300. Dashure is excellent. Seeing the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid filled in the history of the Pyramids. We also went inside the Red Pyramid, which requires a lot of bending over and very hot, but worth the effort. Lunch was at 4.00pm, so take some snacks! Lunch was dips and fresh bread and a little bbq on your table with chicken and sausage. A bottle of water each was provided, but you will need to take some more.
