Very knowledgeable guide. Excellent communication skills. Perfect overall introduction to Prague. Highly recommend this tour.

This tour is a must when in Prague. Our tour guide Alice was extremely knowledgeable in the history of the city.

This will probably go down as the worst guide that we have ever had, an old woman who really didn't care whether the group could hear her or not. We started off in a minivan and couldn't understand a word of the descriptions she was giving about the old town in Prague, we then went to the castle and the cathedral which she rushed through and then had a 15 minute break. We then walked from the castle caught the tram and had lunch at 11:30 which the whole group thought was ridiculous, after lunch we walked across the bridge went to the museum and the woman brought us to the boat and then left us without completing the rest of the tour or even saying goodbye. Disgraceful if I'm honest.

Our tour guide Alice was exceptional. While fighting a cold, she was energetic, informative and fun. Prague Castle is a must-see adventure. The river tour offered an excellent vantage point to see Prague.

Initial tour of city was not good. We were crammed into the back of a small van. We could not hear our tour guide as he took us on “rapid-fire” drive through Prague. It did get much better, however, on the walking tour. Our tour guide was quite knowledgeable and light-hearted. Lunch provided was very good.

Really enjoyed the Prague, very informative tour. We were infact late by 5 mins but they waited for us. The tour started in the mini van, where we were shown different places and later by foot. It was a wonderful experience and we created memories of our lifetime. Thank you! The tour guide lady was awesome it’s just that you all needs to be connected to listen what she is telling. Overall very nice tour indeed!

Absolutely would not recommend. Unorganized/guide was unable to speak English that we ( we are from NYC where we grew up with variety of accents) could not understand. Spent hour standing at one spot with no proper instructions ... with no guidance of what to view and any further steps . Was unable to find guide at the location again . Called the after return home to comment on situation and was told that they will do investigation. At present over 6 month later still at the same stage . Refused to reimburse money . Will never use that incompetent company again . It is a shame that they are affiliated with TRIP ADVISER that is very reputable name . Bought 3 tours from them ... 2 out of 3 was a waist of money !!!!

Our pleasant and knowledgeable guide took us on a mini-bus tour up to the castle which expanded our knowledge of areas that we hadn't been able to walk to. We then toured the Castle and had a delicious lunch. From there we had a long walk to the Jewish area and New Town. We ended with the boat ride. This tour isn't perfect. The tour left from a kiosk that was hard to find. The restaurant didn't have the promised breathtaking views and the ship tour was short and on a small boat.

Excellent trip very interesting and loads of information.
Lunch was very tasty and a nice restaurant.
It was a very food tour that showed you everything. A bit more walking than I thought but was nice rather than been stuck in a bus.
The guide was very knowledgeable and lovely.
    Thanks

It was extremely informative. We all learned a lot in a place where there is a lot of history. The guide spoke 6 languages and could easily switch from one to another. It was a lot of walking and it was cold but no one seemed to mind.
