Abdul was a warm, sincere, welcoming and a fantastic guide. We were collected directly from our Riad and drove to the Atlas Mountains for the day. There were 4 ladies on a private tour. Abdul was very patient with lots of questions and very knowledgeable. The tour included breakfast which was delicious, lunch was great and an afternoon tea break before arriving back to Marrakech. Abdul is a very good photographer so we were able to have lots of group shots with beautiful backgrounds. Abdul was also very patient with carpet purchase negotiations!!!!! We visited two women’s cooperatives which was important for us as a group. There is absolutely nothing that could have made this trip better. We are already planning a multi day trip with Abdul for next year.

We are a group of 4 female friends. Abdul was the most wonderful guide and we had a fabulous day. The food, the sites, and travel were thoughtfully arranged and all excellent. I would 100% recommend.

This was a wonder day exploring the old cities with Abdul. We really enjoyed our tour and couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Abdul gave us great overview of the history and overall gist for the life of rural Moroccans. Everyone we met along the way was very nice and kind. We highly recommend this experience if you’re visiting Marrakesh. We plan to come back in the future and will definitely request Abdul as our guide!!!

We organized several tours while in Marrakech, and this company was by far the best. Abdulah was our host for the day and he took amazing care of us. We started in Marrakech and drove into the Atlas Mountains for a hot breakfast before continuing the journey. We made several stops to take pictures on our way to Ait Benhaddou. Along the way, we learned a lot about Morocco, Berber, and the Arabic language. Abdulah was the first person to teach us some of the Arabic language and we had so much fun practicing with him. His English was also excellent, which made it very easy to converse. He seemed to know all of the best spots and took us places at the best times. We would be the first to arrive, with places filling up by the time we left. We even got to have tea in the home of a Berber family, a truly special experience. We especially loved this day because they went out of their way to make sure nothing felt like a sales pitch. We loved our day so much that we tried to book another tour with Abdulah prior to leaving Marrakech. Sadly—but not surprisingly—he was booked. I should also mention that we were picked up in a Mercedes van, also the most comfortable vehicle we traveled in during our visit. After dropping us off, Abdulah also sent a number of restaurant recommendations for us. He really went above and beyond for us and made it an unforgettable day. If we ever are back in Marrakech, we will absolutely book with Abdulah!

This was an incredible experience to visit a number of historic locations in the Atlas Mountains and some beautiful lookout points. Abdoul, our tour guide, was simply awesome, great conversation on the trip and interesting and informative talks at the locations we visited. He went out of his way to take lots of family photos for us too. Thank you for the memorable experience.

We had a fabulous day out with Abdullah. He was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. He took us to a beautiful view for breakfast. He took us around to some amazing sights. Ait Ben Haddao and Telouet were both stunning but the highlight was going through the Atlas mountains and marvelling at the amazing geology. Tea and lunch were excellent. A great day overall, would very much recommend!

We opted for the private trip option which we recommend and we were lucky to have Abdullah as a guide. If there is the possibility to ask for Abdullah as the guide, then we highly recommend it. Upon doing some research on the trip, we quickly found out that the biggest downside of the excursion is the long ride to Ait Ben Haddou. It is for that reason that we decided to go for the somewhat more expensive private option as it not only saves on driving time (not picking up other tourists + SUV instead of bus) but it also allowed us to engage in a conversation with our guide Abdullah, who is very knowledgeable about the area, Arab and Berber culture and history. Additionally it offered my girlfriend the opportunity to sit in front which helped her avoid car sickness while driving through the Atlas mountains. We had the perfect trip, where everything was organized very well. We were picked up in a modern and spacious black SUV, the breakfast was beyond our expectations, and the drive through the Atlas mountains offered spectacular views. We also had some stops along the way where Abdullah showed us some viewpoints or where he provided insights on Berber life. The advantage of the private tour is that you can choose how long you stay and which stops you make (E.g. Where a tour bus will make a mandatory stop at the store where they sell Argan products, Abdullah left the choice whether we wanted to stop there to us). The drive to Ait Ben Haddou didn’t feel like it took 4 hours. At Ait Ben Haddou, we were given the opportunity to drink a delicious thee at the home of one of the only remaining families in the old village, which other tours are not able to offer. After lunch we headed to Telouet, where the castle was atleast equally beautiful to Ait Ben Haddou. This was also one of the reasons that we opted for this tour. We noticed that most other companies visit the film museum instead of Telouet and that most people don’t think that it offers added value to the trip. We therefore were excited for the opportunity to visit the Telouet castle instead of the film museum. After Telouet, we headed back to Marrakech (with some stops for views and drinks along the way), where we were dropped off to the nearest point of our Hotel. We had such a great time with Abdullah (who also offered to take our picture at every location worth capturing), that we immediately booked another trip with his company and specifically asked for him as a guide.

This trip was by far the highlight of our one week trip to Marrakesh. The stunning scenery of the Atlas Mountains, Ait Ben Haddou’s mud-houses and the interesting Telouet Kasbah were complemented by the highly informative and friendly guidance of Abdul, our guide, who is also the manager of Morocco Inspiring Tours. Abdul is highly knowledgeable, accommodating, warm and easy to talk to; he made the experience very enjoyable and contributed more details and information at each and every point. He encourages stops for photography and points out additional interesting things at each stop. The trip lasted more than 12 hours with Abdul picking us up and bringing us back as close as possible to our hotel in Marrakesh Medina. All well planned and executed. Highly recommended!

It was a joyable 12 hrs from the time Abdullah picked us up. He is very fluent and gathered lot of knowledge related to history from him. Will not hesitate to recommend him.
