  • We loved visiting the towns and especially San Gimignano, which was very quaint. We also very much liked the lunch at the winery. The food was wonderful and the winery host was entertaining. We also enjoyed talking with people from different parts of Europe and Japan who were on our tour. The tour itself was wonderful, but the male tour guide was simply average. He didn't make the places we were seeing come alive in any way. He seemed to be just going through the motions.

  • I would have given this tour 5 stars if the tour guide appeared even a little bit interested in his job. Unfortunately this impacted on the rating as he (Raphael) did not provide any information on any of the townships we visited. Scenery was spectacular though but you might as well DIY.

  • Beautiful countryside and our guide was very knowledgeable, he gave good recommendations for local specialties to try.

  • A good sample of the Tuscan countryside and the tour guide was able to provide very nice commentaries in all three languages.

  • Our son took this tour and returned very happy with it. He especially enjoyed the time in Sienna. The extra bonus of pickup at our hotel was very much appreciated.

  • a very nice trip. I would not have the wine tasting at a winery where you felt the only reason you were brought there was to make a purchase. We paid for this tour.

  • Excellent day out! Well worth it to see San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Siena plus lunch and a little wine too. We were a relatively small group and it was great. Our guide Valentina was lovely. I chose this tour as it gives you a little more time on your own to explore throughout the day and at each town.

The lunch was a great addition plus the wine tasting. Very enjoyable I would definitely recommend.

  • We enjoyed this day. They give you plenty of time to see Siena after the guided tour and also plenty of time to see the charming city of San Gimignano. We spent a half an hour in Monteriggioni which was plenty. They also had a wine tasting and lunch at a winery. The lunch was fine, I had expected the wine to be much better that's why rated 4 stars. Otherwise it was a nice day to see Tuscany region which was beautiful just like the post cards. Worth the journey,

  • A perfect trip. Thank you to Ava and our bus driver. It was a late November tour and the autumn tree colours were spectacular. First, we went to San Gimignano. We were told what there was to do there and we were given nearly two hours to do as we pleased. After that we were driven to a winery we were given two wine tastings an a relaxed 3 course lunch. Then it was on to Siena where we were taken on a guided tour then left to do what we wanted for 2 hours. On the way back to Florence we stopped at a town to look around. It was a long day but well worth it.

  • Great tour! Too much walking. Great guide, Julio. The group was too big for one guide to handle. The guide checked everyone off at the square sent everyone off with an inexperienced guide who didn't stop and make sure everyone was with them. Other groups crossed and then couldn't find the bus.Never had that happen on a tour before.
