The tour guide was very informative, and interactive with all of us on the bus. We were able to make several stops to include lunch, the garden clock and the streets of Valparaiso.

The guided walking tour of Valparaiso. Local and very informative guide. Also, this is a great way to use most of a day visiting Valparaiso and being dropped off at the cruise port in San Antonio. Far better than just getting a direct taxi transfer.

super excursie en vervoer van hotel in Santiago de Chili naar haven San Antonio de Chili. door vertraging cruise, excursie 2 uur langer

The driver and guide put their lunch needs ahead of the passengers, wasted time at an unnecessary stop, leaving no time to take us to the vineyard at all. I give 2 stars because the tour through Valparaiso was good, however stopping at the beach area so that the driver and guide could eat was bad. Only one famished passenger risked eating a fish filled empanada. Because it was Jan. 1st, the guide should've anticipated a large crowd. It took twice as long to park and drive out of the full parking lot than the limited time we were there. And, there was literally nothing to do there but wait to leave. The driver and guide apparently planned on not going to the vineyard as advertised as we were brought to a nearby wine seller inside a funicular. They claimed we couldn't go to the vineyard because of lack of time. Time that they had wasted! The seller gave everyone samples of several different wines, hoping to make a sell. So, we all sampled wine on empty stomachs and were not given any safe options for lunch, as it would have ruined everyone's cruise to start off with food poisoning from eating seafood that was not safely handled at the beach.

Helen and Juan were excellent tour guides. Very knowledgeable, spoke English well and felt very safe. Great tour lots to see and do. Our cruise was canceled so Stamp tours offered us a different one, which really helped with the disappointment of not going on our cruise.

First of all I must say that dealing with Stamp's Tours was a pleasure. Every email was answered promptly. We were very pleased with our tour guide whose name, unfortunately, I forgot (I think he and the driver had the same 1st name). He was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I do have a complaint and a suggestion: the restaurant, Oda Pacifico, he took us to for lunch (our expense) in Valparaiso, was a big disappointment. He did not offer us any options. It would have been much better to stop at the Indomita winery on the way to Valparaiso and have lunch there. The food looked delicious and far nicer that the stuff they served us in Valparaiso.

We were picked up in San Antonio Port after Princess South America cruise landing. There were 4 of us and we joined 4 others. They ultimately were taken to airport and we went to our hotel in Santiago at end of fun filled day. We had a fantastic day with Sebastian. Very knowledgeable and personable. He spoke English well and we enjoyed him. We toured Valparaíso, took funicular, went to local fish market had fabulous lunch ( we paid that) and toured a winery. Great value for price. We took 3 tours from this company and all highly recommended. Reliable and good price

Michelle was wonderful. Nice tour with transfer to our ship. Valparaiso was a colorful city and the wine tasting was a low pressure to purchase experience.
