During the tour, you will see both the dazzling interiors of palaces and the lush summer gardens that define Petersburg. Our guide will meet you at hotel and lead you to the historic city center. Experience the citys major landmarks on a pleasant guided drive around St. Petersburg. You will visit Vasilevsky Island and taken in the magnificent view of the Neva River and Rostral Columns. This stop provides the perfect opportunity to take pictures with the world-famous Winter Palace and Peter & Paul Fortress. The drive will take you along Nevsky Prospect, St. Petersburgs most famous street, and past the Palace square, St. Isaacs Cathedral, the Admiralty, the famed monument to Peter the Great (The bronze horseman), and many other sights.
The tour includes a visit to the magnificent Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, which was built on the very spot where Tsar Alexander II was assassinated in 1881. The church, inspired by St. Basils Cathedral in Moscow, showcases the distinct features of Russian architecture. Of particular interest is the fairy-tale mosaic collection, which adorns both the exterior and interior of the church. Covering a total area of 23,130 square feet, it is the worlds largest indoor mosaic.
Take a short walk to admire the Singer Company Building, one of the most impressive landmarks on Nevsky Prospect. Constructed in 1902-1904 for the Singer Sewing Machine Company, the building boasts a distinctive mansard and Art Nouveau architectural outlines. 
After lunch in one of the citys finest restaurants, the tour continues to the Hermitage Museum (Winter Palace), the most impressive and prestigious art museum in Russia and the world. Over 3 million items from the museums extensive collection of painting, artwork, sculptures, artifacts, and archeological finds are on display to the public. The collection includes works by Rembrandt, da Vinci, Michelangelo, and others titans of art.
