Completely unauthentic, do not waste your money. The gelato class was a joke. We made the worst half frozen mess I have ever eaten - in all of 20 minutes, with people constantly shoving wine into your hands. I learned nothing. Thankfully I had a proper class lined up the next day with a serious chef. Their ONLY concern is to get you in front of their wine so that they can do their marketing pitch to gullible Americans. The food was sub par and the experience for 70 Euros was a rip off. Most of our time spent in the cellar was the sommelier discussing the shipping options of the wine to the US. In fairness, he was the only one that was somewhat serious in talking us through the qualities of the wine, and hence why this place gets two stars and not one. Do not recommend at all if you looking a authentic Italian experience.
