The meeting point description was not accurate. They ticket mentioned the street only. We went there and waited for long time and looked around for the meeting point but unfortunately didn't find the bus. When we asked for refund we simply got a reply from customer service that they can't offer a refund.

Los trencilla estuvieron perfectos, pero el bus no encontré fácilmente la parada y el ultimo recorrido Fermina muy temprano.

so short. Not worth the money. You can see the city walking- no need for hop on and hop off. Nothing more to say about the hop on and hop off

After wondering around the old town we decided to get the only non-bookable tour we could find in an attempt to learn more about the city. We did the old town and the international tours totalling approx 150 for a family of 4. This is NOT a hop on/off. There are a couple of stops for photos only. Someone could do with running a proper tour as this company dominates the market. I wouldn’t return to Geneva - incredibly rough, we were surprised what we encountered in just 2 days and certainly wouldn’t take kids out on foot after dusk.

This tour was just ok. It was inexpensive so maybe worth the money? It gave an idea of the city at least. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t likely do it again.
-
Not up to the mark… Tour operators not guides properly. Bus drivers leaves us our two families old town… Both tourists belong to Maharashtra India & Same Marathi Language Speaking so that families trust on us , we are guided that family to reach their destinations.

I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t recommend. It wasn’t for me. I was hoping to get lots of information from this tour, but sadly, got very little. I would say it’s something for the elderly, people with children or if you aren’t a fan of walking. Really it just points things out with limited explanation. The two little train/ cart rides were certainly not worth it. You couldn’t hear the speakers at all so that was a waste of time. As a walker, I wish I had just have walked around the lake. The bus tour was slightly better. This went a little further and you could hear it in multiple languages. It tells you where each building headquarters is. E.g Red Cross and WHO etc. again, I wouldn’t say I learnt a great deal from this. I would honestly recommend spending an extra £20 and go for a different tour that gives your much more information.

There was absolutely no communication or conflicting information among the staff. One staff member said the bus was cancelled due to the cycling tour and when I got to the office - the last bus had left 15 minutes before I got there! Please use our contact details to give us updates on the activities as it is just not right to miss activities one has paid for!

We took the International and Panoramic tour. It was supposed to be 75 minutes. First issue is the pick up point is Jardin Angalis, but they don’t tell you when in the complex. There weren’t any signs. The tour was supposed to be 75 minutes long. It wasn’t even 60 minutes long and that was with a 15 minute stop when the driver got a snack! What a waste of money!!
