  Optamos por jantar com a vista das pirâmides iluminadas em vez de assistir propriamente o show, haja visto que as informações previamente obtidas afirmavam que o show não era assim algo tão grandioso, o que realmente se confirmou. Nosso objetivo, portanto, era apreciar as pirâmides com outro olhar, jantando tranquilamente e aproveitando a iluminação tendo uma panorâmica dessas maravilhas da antiguidade. Isso alcançou nossos interesses, sem dúvida! Particularmente a guia que nos acompanhou foi solícita, pontual e muito cordial. O jantar em si, é até certo ponto simples, nada excepcional, mas estava bem preparado e saboroso. Quando chegamos ao restaurante, que na verdade é um hotel, havia várias pessoas (hóspedes) debruçadas sobre a sacada, bem em frente à mesa em que sentamos. Isso prejudicava sobremaneira a vista das pirâmides, mas prontamente e sem necessitar nossa solicitação, o responsável pelo local pediu que as pessoas se afastassem, permitindo assim, a visão pelas pessoas que tinham reservado o jantar.

  El espectáculo estuvo muy chulo y después la cena en la azotea genial. La única pega, es que no nos avisaron de que la recogida era más tarde porque están en Ramadán y tuvimos que estar llamando nosotros a la empresa, al guía y buscando la manera de contactar porque nadie nos habia avisado del cambio de hora y llevábamos 40 minutos esperando.

  Positive: - Be ready to be amazed by the majesty of the Pyramids of Giza Negative: - The light show is extremely brief and sporatic; meaning the lights flood the pyramids for about 5 seconds a few times. By the time you get your camera, the lights are off. - You cannot hear the show; because the light show is actually for a separate lcoation on the ground and the sound does not travel well to the rooftop where you are. - It is COLD at night. No matter what season you go there, dress warm! We were there in Late March. I had jeans, long sleeve top, sweater, and a scarf. But, it was quite windy and very chillly. Ask for a heater! We found out they had heaters near the end of the program! - There are 3 fligths of stairs to take to get to the rooftop and no elevators. - The food is ordiary and is served literally cold. You'd think they would cover the plates as they bring it out so the food would stay semi-warm but NO! Terrible: - Viator tour guide was supposed to pick us up at 5:30 pm. He showed up at 7 pm! And, started giving us excuses! So, for 1.5 hours we were waiting in the hotel lobby not knowing what was going on! Terrible service. Was it worth it? Seeing the pyramids was extremely rewarding. I only wish we had better experience with the tour and the restaurant.

  This light show was worth seeing but I wouldn’t do it with this tour guide. We received a message on the day, late morning, to move up the pick up time from 6:30pm to 5:30pm, however in the moment the driver and guide were 30mn late ! To catch up our delay, the driver drove like a mad man to the Pyramids and we still arrived 5 min late fir the show. Our guide wasn't much interested, except in pushing for us to spend money in shops after the show. Once at the restaurant, no drinks proposed (e.g.soda, juice ). Only one course which was dry and not that tasty. The houmous was quite spicy, not for every body, and the waiter wasn't very inclined in giving us more houmous to enable us to eat the dry meat. The light show was, however, very much worthwhile even if you barely hear anything of the story. To see the Pyramids and the Sphinx highlighted in different colours is lovely. After the show, we were pushed by our guide to leave swiftly as timing is important. The drive back was less crazy but not smooth or relaxing To summarise, other then the light show, the rest is not worth it ! Go there on your own and choose well the restaurant !

  Quiero destacar la simpatía y cordialidad de Maria en el fizz, quien siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa y buena predisposición!! Un capítulo aparte son Roxana, Andrea, Nancy e Itzel, quienes siempre están atentas a los requerimientos de los huéspedes, siempre preocupadas por solucionar todo y hacer la estadía muy agradable. Siempre sonrientes, con una palabra agradable y muy bien predispuestas, ellas logran que nos sintamos como en casa. Felicito a recursos humanos por haberlas elegido, pero con este personal es muy fácil lograr un hotel &resort de excelencia. Bravo!!! Por supuesto espero que cuando lo comente con mis amigos tengan idéntica experiencia!!

  Un repas vraiment pas terrible sur le toit d’un restaurant Le spectacle est visible de loin. Attention vous n’irez PAS au spectacle (je me suis faite avoir par les photos) Beaucoup trop cher vu la soirée Guide qui ne parlait pas bien l’anglais Bref passez votre chemin

  Although the beginning of my experience with this office was not the best, the course left me completely satisfied. There was a misunderstanding at our appointment at my hotel, so me and the representative waited for each other without meeting since he didn't have any sign or other sign to let me know he was on time.. But with a phone call it was quickly restored misunderstanding. The activity I chose was "sound and light". The car we went to the pyramids clean, air conditioned, Rahid the driver and my guide Horam kind and smiling. We made it and were on time for the activity which was unique. Equally good is my return to the hotel. I think the meeting part of the office representative with the customer should be improved. Overall a good experience.

  Sitio feo y sucio, mal servicio Mala comida, cubierto de plástico, Pero ustedes saben como puede ser una Cena en Europa por 40€? Si los Mulsulmanes no toman cerveza ni vino no tienen porqué obligar a no tomarlo Si tienen un restaurante para Europeos nosotros tomamos con la comida Vino y Cerveza y deben de tenerla

  Description is inaccurate. You will watch the sound and light show from a rooftop a short distance away from the show. There is no included admission ticket as listed in description. You will not be able to hear the show or see some portions of the light show. The light show itself is not very good. A very average dinner was served during the show. Our tour guide was late meeting us and no one from company would answer phone calls. We did not have phone service so had to have a tour guide from our previous tour make numerous phone calls with no answer. There was no complimentary water or snacks as listed in description. Tour guide was very inexperienced and had us walking many blocks IN the streets to find the van. He was very personable and was able to procure free soft drinks for us as they are not included with the dinner.
