Mina (Guide) and Ahmed (driver) were both very professional. I had a great day with them. Only two concerns: 1. Mina was not quite as knowledgeable as I had hoped with respect to the Egyptology (I would however prefer very in depth information.ation). But I enjoyed his communication and he was willing to answer any questions I had. 2. There was a miscommunication from the "head office" with regards to what I had paid for and ended up paying for a few things that should've been included. When I realised and pointed out the mistake, Mina was quick to remedy it and apologise for the mistake. All in all, if you are looking for a guided tour without much detail this is perfect. For me I wanted in depth information.
