I purchased the 3 day so I could get the Universal Ticket- totally worth it. We managed to fit in 3 theme parks- LegoLand, Knottsberry and Universal. AND we also managed to git in the Battleship USS Iowa Museum!
-
I purchased the 3 day ticket mainly for the Universal Studios Hollywood (from my experience, Universal Studios is preferred over Disneyland). We (family of two adults and two teens) stayed in LA over 7 days (FYI, we lived in LA for 10 years before so we know our ways around very well) and we only managed to use the ticket for Universal Studios, Knott's berry farm, and the shopping experience at South Coast Plaza which was rubbish at best. In the end, it was on par with the first two attractions in terms of the price we paid for the tickets (615.13 GBP). We were too ambitious to visit two amusement parks in two consecutive days (we know that we did not have to but we had other things to do) because it was too tiring with so many people under scorching California sun in July. If you have nothing else to do then you might be able to get the most out of the 3 day ticket over a week, but it was not the case for us. By the way, they really should remove the south coast plaza thingy as you will only get bunch of rubbish coupons at concierge, which didn't even work at the till when we tried to use one of the codes to get discount off purchase.

Great card offering really good value for money. We found we tried things that we wouldn't usually have picked because it was on the card but were great. We got the 3 day card so included a full day at Universal which made it well worth the money. Pre planning is definitely required to make the most of the card.

Cheapest way to travel, everything is pre-paid just swipe/scan and your in..
Universal Hollywood was one of the best attraction that is included. -
The Go Los Angeles Card was totally useful and made our trip way more affordable. Highly recommended!
-
Access to all the top spots loved the Hop on Hop off Bus
-
The go card worked really well. However we made the mistake of thinking the 2 day pass included a Universal visit. I tried to get this upgraded and so contacted and whilst I received a quick response I had no idea what it meant or what I needed to do, so never got to see Universal studios in the end. Shame. Also, be aware that some/most of the attractions require you to get your own transport to the venue. Fine if you have hired a car. Not so good if you haven't!
Couldn't visit the Chinese Theatre as planned because there was a Premiere going on that day. Didn't even manage to see any celebrities by way of compensation! -
The perfect trip with the perfect card. Our GO LA card was eagerly accepted by all attractions. 8:30 AM tour of Warner Bros, then off to the Aquarium in Long Beach. 100 feet to the Harbor Cruise. 100 feet to the free shuttle for the Queen Mary and then back with only 40 steps to Bubba Gump's shrimp house for dinner. We did the trip on a weekend so traffic was minimal. If only we had known that Bubba Gump would validate parking at the Aquarium, it would have been a 10 day. 140.00 value for our 72.00 card.

The pass is excellent! You get to explore so much in Los Angeles and the included guide has the attractions/tours separated into convenient location. Worth your money if you like to explore LA!
