You will also discover why the earthquakes are common in this town, and you will make a short stop at the local bakery (not included).

From Hverageri you will be taken directly to Gullfoss waterfall where you have the opportunity to see the waterfall, both from above and up close. Everything went well, but, on the Golden Circle part of the tour, the driver/guide gave the impression he just wanted to get home. He didn't accompany us on any of the stops or give much explanation as to what was what. I've done the Golden Circle twice and the previous time came with more explanation. However, the Northern Lights part was very different. The guides were local and went to extraordinary lengths to find the northern lights. We didn't find any and we were offered a no-cost re-book.
