  • I'm not usually one for tours but this was absolutely spectacular. I highly recommend it. The tour guide was funny, easy going and so knowledgeable about the area. And we visited a wide range of places. I feel like I know so much more about Gran Canaria now and due to that have more love for the place. I loved how the places we stopped at were so diverse. I did this tour on my first full day to Gran Canaria and it was perfect doing it this way as then I had an understanding of places I may want to visit. I travelled solo and there were a good mix of solo travellers and couples/friends.

  • Brilliant tour, Pavel excellent and knowledgeable guide. Shared wonderful villages such as Teror and Tejeda, lush and rugged scenery, pastries, trek to Rocque Nubio, wine tasting, coast with dragon's tail views, ... If anything seeks to please customers too much! An extra visit in our tour meant a late lunch! Tour magical and I would highly recommend.

  • This was a fabulous day out. Pavel was very informative, attentive and made the day special with his knowledge and energy. I would highly recommend booking this trip as a way of seeing beautiful parts of the island you might not easily access independently.

  • This tour was amazing because the guide was !! Pavel emailed everyone to advise of weather conditions and made the most and best of our day - nothing was too much trouble and we saw all the interesting points in North Gran Canaria - You must take this tour you will not be disappointed - small tour max 17 people

  • This was an excellent trip with the most wonderful guide. It was a mini bus and a nice small group, travelling in the big coaches with 60 other people isn't my idea of fun. I loved the places we visited, lots of long and very well informed stops at interesting places, a great hike and a wonderful lunch in beautiful Puerto de las Nieves, all topped off with a yummy wine, cheese, coffee and cake tasting. I highly recommend this trip!

  • Pavel was an excellent guide, that shared a lot of interesting stories with us. There were only 15 of us in the mini bus, and we saw a lot of interesting sites - especially nice was the coffee plantation.
    Definitely worth taking this tour.

  • I can't praise this highly enough. The tour guide Pavel was engaging, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. All information was given in English. Everywhere we went, he gave us lots of interesting information about Gran Canaria myths and legends, history, agriculture and vegetation, culture, employment, weather, homes - the list went on and on.

We visited Teror and Tejeda and had an hour's walk to the top of Rogue Nublo from where we had amazing views and could see the island of Tenerife take some water if you want to do the walk. There was a coffee stop in the morning, and a visit to the coffee plantation in the afternoon that included coffee-tasting, cheese-tasting and wine-tasting at no extra cost. Lunch was an additional 7 but for this we got three courses - I had the local soup, fresh fish main course and a naturally very bright pink cactus mousse. After lunch there was the chance to swim in freshwater pools.

In total we travelled 190km - the trip packed so much in, but at the same time we had plenty of stops and time to relax so we didn't feel rushed. This cost less than the Northern Gran Canaria tour but included more, and was much much more interesting, and great fun. If you do nothing else, go on this trip.

  • Such a great day!He made a few alterations to the tour which was great. We drove the prettier way and got to visit the cave house musuem too! We also got wine tasting at the coffee plantation. Really nice arriving in teror early before all the tourists. Great tour

  • This was a great tour, with a very knowledgeable and fun guide! Our guide was also our driver. He provided many details about the history of Gran Canaria, and each of our destinations along the way. He was an amazing driver - navigating winding roads in the mountains, while educating us about the land, the people, and the culture. Our first stop was the quaint town of Teror. It was quite charming, with it's Spanish architecture. We stopped at another town, with great views of Roque Nublo. We had Canarian cafe leche and the option of buying baked goods. A trek up Roque Nublo was next. There were beautiful views and hearty exercise! The next stop was lunch. I had fish and Canarian soup. It was delicious! Then we spent a little time at a local beach. The final stop was a winery/coffee farm. We had a nice wine tasting with some delicious cheeses. This tour is a great way to see the interior of the island, without renting a car and without doing all the driving

  • Pavel our guide was extremely informative regarding the areas visited, history and hortilcultural expertise together with amusing anecdotes. A full and varied day with much to see and do. If travelling to the Las Palmas area book the tour for a greater knowledge and appreciation of this amazing area. Highly recommended.
