Know More about this tour

Begin the adventure by meeting up with an experienced guide in the busy town of Las Palmas. Head first to Teror, an important religious center known for its beautiful basilica and well-preserved old quarter. Admire the traditional wooden balconies and romantic corners of the village before continuing on to the mountain village of Tejeda.

Upon arriving in Tejeda, stop for a small snack or perhaps a traditional treat from the town’s almond sweets shop. Visitors who are up for a hike can head to Roque Nublo for an easy 1.5-hour trek to the fabled mountain. Guests staying behind can eat more almond sweets and enjoy the fantastic mountain views while waiting for the group.

Then head to the picturesque fishing port of Puerto de las Nieves for lunch along the beautiful seafront promenade. Sit down to a delicious meal at one of the local fish tavernas or go swimming at the volcanic beach or natural salt water pools. End the day in the fertile valley of Valle de Agaete for a tour and tasting of unique Canarian coffee at a family-run coffee plantation. Learn how the local coffee is produced in a traditional way and enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee with your included entrance ticket.

  • This was a great tour, with a very knowledgeable and fun guide! Our guide was also our driver. He provided many details about the history of Gran Canaria, and each of our destinations along the way. He was an amazing driver - navigating winding roads in the mountains, while educating us about the land, the people, and the culture. Our first stop was the quaint town of Teror. It was quite charming, with it's Spanish architecture. We stopped at another town, with great views of Roque Nublo. We had Canarian cafe leche and the option of buying baked goods. A trek up Roque Nublo was next. There were beautiful views and hearty exercise! The next stop was lunch. I had fish and Canarian soup. It was delicious! Then we spent a little time at a local beach. The final stop was a winery/coffee farm. We had a nice wine tasting with some delicious cheeses. This tour is a great way to see the interior of the island, without renting a car and without doing all the driving

  • Pavel our guide was extremely informative regarding the areas visited, history and hortilcultural expertise together with amusing anecdotes. A full and varied day with much to see and do. If travelling to the Las Palmas area book the tour for a greater knowledge and appreciation of this amazing area. Highly recommended.

  • Great tour, even though you shouldn't take it, if you get easily sick riding in a van up and down the hill with curvy streets. My favorite thing was the hike to roque nublo, the view was amazing. Our tour guide was awesome and funny, and it wasn't like one of the tours, where you get taken to buy buy and buy.
Lunch wasn't included, but was with soup, main course and desert for 7 very affordable and good. Worth taking to give you a good impression of the island.

  • Pavel the tour guide is a great person. friendly and caring he wanted everyone to have a great time. he also was a great guide as he took us to places on the island that we would never had found on our own. My favorited parts were going to Roque Nubloe and the coffee farm. If you only have time for one activity during your visit then you have to pick this one as it was the best part of my holiday.

  • Our full day tour of Gran Canaria with Paval was one of the best tours we have had in our 30 years of taking tours. I do not think we could have had a better tour guide than Paval. He was very personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about Gran Canaria. The tour was well planned and covered a wide variety of points of interest. Our bus was very clean and our driver, Victor, was very professional and a safe driver. The cost of the tour was extremely reasonable. I would give this tour 6 stars.

  • I had a fantastic day. It was my birthday and I could not have had a better treat day than this. Pavel is an A* guide. Friendly, attentive, enthusiastic, generous and knowledgeable. The inside of gran canaria is beautiful, don and #39;t miss it. The walk to rogue nublo a highlight. Superb , thank you Pavel

  • Despite being terrible weather, this was an absolutely brilliant tour and very informative and engaging. I had 2 teenage boys with me, who found the trip as brilliant as I did and thought it was the highlight of the holiday. Thanks to the tour guide who was so versatile and knowledgeable and made it possible that even a trip where you could see very little from the low clouds and mist to be excellent.

  • A very good day, Pavel our host, smiley, and expert, made it fun. Thank you.
    Highly recommended.

  • It was a full day trip with lots to see and lots of interesting information about the island during the bus journey from one place to another. The sights were beautiful. The trip was well planned. Pawel, the guide, is friendly and helpful. The trip starts 8.20 in the morning, finishes at 6pm. If anyone is staying in the south of the island it is a good idea to come to Las Palmas the day before. There is lots to see there. Otherwise it is difficult to arrive in time by public transport.
