  • The up selling of additional tours at the begging of the tour was really annoying and a waste of valuable time on a very long day

  • The Grand Canyon is amazing! The driver on this trip however . . . The driver chose to play a movie that included gratuitous use of the N word. The bathroom was locked and unavailable to passengers for several hours during the 12+ hour. And there were several awkward requests for tips.

  • We only got 2 hours total at the canyon, I was expecting more time to be able to enjoy the views. The stop for lunch was overly long because some folks opted to see the movie. Those of us who didn't want the movie had to wait for the others to see it and then for them to eat lunch.

  • The most precious day, thank you. Wonderful does not explain it enough!

  • The 2 hours at the canyon fantastic
Other than that sheep being fleeced
Be prepared for the guilt trip to tip the driver because the company don't pay enough

  • I really enjoyed my excursion to the South Rim 7/18/17. Our bus driver / tour guide oops, I forgot his name was very knowledgeable
and entertaining. My only major complaint is that we did not have enough time to actually explore the area I suggest they eliminate the stop at the Hoover Dam. They can eliminate using the convenience store on the trip out to canyon on Route 66 that place is a dump by my standards, and the foods looked like its been on the shelves for years. On the return trip, we stopped at a Subway / Gas station. I wouldn't eat anything from there either, we ran across the road to Wendy's. It is definitely an all day trip we were picked up at our hotel around 6AM and dropped of around 1130PM

  • Trip was longer than indicated, but there were also more rest/food stops. Bus was uncomfortable.

  • I booked a VIP Grand Canyon South Rim tour with Grayline bus line and was asked to select a seat on their bus seat map at their desk/counter. I selected a seat in the front of the bus. About 45 minutes later, one staff member came and they said they made a mistake of not properly keeping a tally and noticing how many passengers were booked already and ended up given me a seat in the back of their bus. They bumped me to the last seat on the bus ahead of all other passengers/guests despite me getting their very early to select a forward seat in the front of the bus. Very unorganized, some of the staff were outright rude at their main terminal, a lady who sits at the big Bus tour desk was very rude, this center is on 7370 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas. They do not want to pick you up from your hotel, they will tell you go drive or hitch a taxi to this or that spot at some other hotel or at some other meeting point. That is absurd and most ridiculous thing I ever encountered. The ride was bumpy and rough, bus jumping in the air several times. It is shameful that the bus driver would ask for tips from guests verbally, tips in the industry are optional not mandatory. I had a terrible experience with this Grayline bus tour company, would not use them in the future.

  • The Grand Canyon itself was obviously spectacular! But the tour package was quite disappointing. Nothing that could not have been done on our own and would have cost much less, especially the added options.

  • We loved this trip, It is a long, long day but was the only way for us to see the Grand Canyon. We travelled 4 hrs there, making 2 short stops. Saw 2 different locations of the South Rim for 2 1/2 hrs total and 4 hrs, back. Enrique was our driver - just the best!! He looked after us, explained clearly what we were about to do, gave us the times to be back on the bus, and we were safe with him !Lunch was goodprovided , snacks were available when we stopped, but I brought my own. All of the stops featured very fast food service. Wonderful day, one I will not forget!! I even managed to shop a bit, and quickly, because there is not a lot of extra time! Great tour we evenvsaw a few movies that Enrique had,on the way back!
