    While the vistas are nice and the tour company keeps its word when it comes to the lunch provided (even exceeds a bit the expectations) the tour is not 9 hours as advertised on Viator. Instead, with all the hotel pick-ups and drop-offs for us it was almost 13 hours which makes a big difference. The length is boosted by the fact that the tour company sells extras such as helicopter rides in the canyon that even if you don't use them, you still have to wait around for those who do. The whole canyon experience could have been concluded in 2 hours. Instead it was 4 because of extras that were not clear when one books via a 3rd party site such as Viator. In addition, the guide took some unwelcome liberties, such as rubbing my head and then stating that his head looks better than mine; my girlfriend and I were shocked. Moreover, you expect the guide to be free and spend all his time with you. Instead, if you want to spend time with him you have to spend an extra $20 per person that again Viator does not make clear.

    It was an amazing trip. The tour guide was very helpful and informative as well as amusing. I would recommend it.

    There were 21 people in our tour last October 13, 2019. We were assured of pickup in several hotels but the day before we were told that pickup was only going to be in one hotel. During the tour, the tour guide did not have our vegetarian lunch order prepared so this was prepared late. The tickets for the Grand Canyon Skywalk tour was lacking 3 tickets for our group. These were already prepaid with confirmation receipt. However, we had to wait about an hour before boarding the shuttle bus for Jaime the tour guide to get in touch with his office for the mix-up. Since he was not able to resolve this, We had to pay again for 3 tickets so our entire group can enter the SkyWalk. The tour guide was also absolutely no help and left us at the office. All 21 of us will not book tours with your company anymore and we will tell all our friends about our experience.

    As I would have guessed , the GC was spectacular. The skywalk addition was good, but even without it,the views are great. The bus driver constantly was selling himself by implying he was giving you extra if you did what was easier for him or for a larger tip and it seemed very sleazy.

    The canyons are great and definitely worth visiting! I’ve been on numerous tours all over the world and I’m concluding once again, that the American tour guides provide the least information possible to the public. So much could have been said about the city of Las Vegas and of course about the canyons. No history, no facts, nothing...We expect a tour guide, no matter how funny and entertaining he is, to do a little more than give out sandwiches for lunch and tell us when to come back to the bus.

    The tour should include walking guided tour but instead just left us at the Grand Canyon west entrance after purchasing the tickets and informing us the shuttle service at the 3 different stops. We are being left on our own. The walking tour costs extra USD20 per person which I did not see anywhere mentioned when I booked online except helicopter tour and sky walk. I thought walking tour should be standard inside the Grand Canyon.

    Good. No complaints with the exception of a little more leg room between seats. Staff was good. Return time could have been better indicated on booking site. Could get in as late as 6:30 p.m.

    Called day before said pick up 5:45 am to 6:15 am. Said would text confirmation night before pick up place and time. NEVER texted. At 5am started calling. Called 13 times asking for confirmation. NOTHING. Trip was to start 7am. 7:13 ready to head back to room. Happen to check out bus that turned in asked if this was it. All I needed was a text saying bus really late. Bus driver was great tour guide all she wanted to do was sell more side trips instead of telling us the sites along the way. Canyon and Hoover were great on our own. Beautiful places to see Also told us to be there 15 minutes before pick up time so it was 5:30 that we started waiting.

    It was my second visit to this place - now with the entire family. The tour was well-organized, the pickup locations were convenient (we stayed in Mandalay Bay, picked up at Excalibur), and an email on the previous day specified the bus color and number as well as the driver name and the ETA of arrival at Excalibur. There was plenty of cold water, which was very helpful.
    Things to improve - in my opinion and in comparison to a nearly identical tour from 3 years ago:
    - I would prefer more information on the history (both natural and local population) and geography and less on the availability of add-ons (like helicopter and boat);
    - the duration information seems misleading (7 AM + 9 hrs = ~ 4 PM), so we purchased an 8 PM show. And then on the bus we were informed that "we may arrive to Las Vegas between 5:30 and 7:30". Fortunately - and thanks for our guide Layla and driver Derek - we made to LV earlier and were dropped at Delano with plenty of time on hands.
    An advise for those planning this trip: sunscreen and hats are a must. Hiking shoes are highly recommended. If you're planning to buy any souvenirs at the Skywalk, get a backpack for a group so your hands are free for climbing up the Guano Point (recommended). However, you may skip that part and buy the souvenirs at the base location after having visited all of the others. Also the backpack will be useful to carry those bottles of water, which you need for 4 hours between the arrival and the departure. Also, 4 hours are not enough for all the optional activities: Skywalk (highly recommended), heli and/or boat, zipline. So pick no more than two.
