This is not a river cruise! You only go a little ways up and down a little, dirty canal. People are unfriendly on the bait and at their pier office. Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. Worse thing we did in this fabulous city.

This Cruise was super. I will recommend it to my friends as a kind of very good spending time in relaxation.

Wonderful landscapes while seeing an impressive hisrory both banks of the river! Good service. Kids were staisfied.

The countryside is beautiful. I would not recommend. The trip to Karen’s by train is long and complicated. There is no information about how to get to the boat and it is a half hour walk from the train station. The boat takes you to Melk but there is no time to get off and see the Abbey. Don’t book a round trip. At best, go one way by train to Melk and take the ship back. The boat is more like a ferry boat than a cruise ship. It makes lots of stops to let people on and off.

A lovely day spend on the Danube. A nice selection of drinks and snacks and/or full lunch is available. When travelling from Vienna you need to take the 10am sailing else you won't have time to visit the villages/sights when the ship docks!

It was a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this trip to friends. Amazing coffee as well (J. Hornig) The only downside, and that's why I removed a star, is that 40 minutes before we reach Melk, the waitress told us at first that they have run out of all the main dishes and later that the kitchen is taking a break and we couldn't order lunch. We didn't want to get off at Melk but we did because we were really hungry by that time. To be honest, that worked in our favor as we were stunned from the monastery at Melk. All in all, I would do this trip again but please take care of the restaurant.

Molto bella. Si vedono paesaggi suggestivi da una prospettiva diversa Purtroppo non e possibile scendere nei piccoli paesi per visitarli , il tutto avviene dalla nave. Comunque è stata una bella esperienza

Great five hour voyage. We booked on line and received voucher when we arrived. Lots of parking. Food was really good and crew was super friendly. Great way to see the sights.

Very nice trip with amazing view. The perfect choice for a hot summer day. Bonus: the food available at the boat restaurant was very good. Krems is a very nice city where we had a nice walk after the trip.
