Jorge was very knowledgeable and the tour was a great balance of great food and drink coupled with a bit of history along the way. The small group setting allowed everyone to get to know each other and enjoy the company of people from all over. The food brought everyone together!

Had a great tour with Jorge in Madrid! Jorge is very knowledgeable about local history, culture, and food. The spots he took us to were excellent, I'll be dreaming about some of that food until I go back! There is a ton of food on this tour, you will not go hungry! Definitely worth it.

I’ve been on many food tours over the years, and this wonderfully relaxed offering from Jorge of Secret Food is fabulous. There is a wide mix of food- all of very good quality. The stops are varied, and I enjoyed all of them. The tour has a strong sense of place- walking around the old town of Madrid. All the businesses feel distinctly local. Jorge is easy going, and offers the right balance between letting the group mingle, and offering- never overwhelming- history and anecdotes- both on food and Spain. I’m a fussy traveller, and this tour is highly recommended.

Jorge was an excellent guide! He gave us a wonderful insight into Madrid’s food scene and included fascinating information on the city. He was kind enough to send through information on other great food options in our other destinations in Spain. Each place we stopped at on the tour had great food and it was good to try new things too. You certainly leave full and with an appreciation of Spanish cuisine.

Fabulous tour, great way to learn about the city and find out the best places to eat and drink. Our guide Jorge was friendly and informative, knew Madrid well and was happy to help with anything we wanted. The small group is a nice way to meet people from all over the world. My kids (young adults) loved it too. I highly recommend taking the tour.

My friend and I did this tour with Jorge and we absolutely loved it! All of the food was delicious, Jorge's stories were interesting and entertaining, and it was an amazing way to see some of the oldest and most authentic spots to eat! We loved every stop and the secret tapas was an extra surprise! We had a really friendly group and I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Madrid!

This tour was AMAZING!! It was our final day in Madrid and we wanted to have a taste of authentic Spanish food. Jorge, our guide, was so friendly, helpful, conversational, and knowledgeable. The food we tasted was amazing and the places we visited were definitely places we would never have discovered on our own. In addition to giving as tastes of food and drinks at different locations, Jorge gave us the history of his hometown and these local venues. I cannot recommend this tour enough!!

Jorge was knowledgeable, funny and passionate about his love of Madrid’s food scene. He intertwined the history of Madrid (and Spain) with the food we were eating. Jorge had excellent relationships with all the restaurant operators we visited and the atmosphere was enriched because of this. All food choices were thoughtfully curated and the flow was perfection. One of the best food tours I have ever been a part of. This tour is a must!
