  • What a tour, we saw a side of Barbados we have never seen before. All entry prices were included as was the singing from Quamie our larger than life guide. What a guy. He was so much fun. Harrisons cave was fantastic but Hunte's garden just transfixed us all, a paradise on earth. Mr Hunte is a lovely old gentleman who created this garden in 2 years with 5 workers, he an Imran now run it between them, if in Barbados you must go and see it. Bathsheba is stunning, the wildness of the Atlantic hitting the shore is a photographers dream. Quamie very kindly drooped us at the beach after wards so we could finish off our day in true Bagean style with flying fish and rum. What a fantastic day thanks you Glory Tours.

  • Our driver/guide, Charles aka Mark if one does not think highly of his service, was on time but the vehicle he herded us into was quite uncomfortable and with the bumpy roads and crumbling infrastructure along the route this made for a less than satisfactory experience. Harrison's Cave was interesting and worthwhile. Hunte's Gardens were a bit overgrown with too much vegetation of various types clumped together with minimal plants blooming, Mr. Hunte was nice but he was trying to be a good host to too many people at once and we really could not communicate with him as he scurried around. The Bathsheba Beach area was just another beach we saw during the cruise. It had a few interesting rock formations just off the coastline that allowed for some decent photos. Charles talked too much and seemed to focus on minutia of the area that was quickly forgotten as he babbled on and on. To use his word, he yapped too much to the point where he was tuned out by the people in the van. Our return to the ship was delayed by close to 30 minutes as Charles dropped off some of the group at their hotel. We didn't need the additional time in the uncomfortable van. Bottom line, the tour was a terrible value worth perhaps half of what we were charged.

  • Harrison's Cave was a good day trip. You go on a tram into the cave. Tour/tram guide was informative. The grounds was pretty, but I enjoy landscapes and gardens, which brings me to the Hunte's gardens. I loved and quite frankly, was jealous of Mr. Hunte's gardens! I wish I could have some of the plants he was growing. Bathsheba was ok... It's just a stop at a beach...it's not a tourist spot, so it's cool, I guess. As far as the actual tour guide was concerned, he Ryan? was very accommodating. We were traveling with a two year old, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was a car seat in the van we were picked up in.

  • We were dissatisfied with this tour. Would not recommend.

  • The highlight of the tour was Hunte's Gardens where we got to meet Mr. Hunte. He acts as host after you have had a chance to wander through the magnificent gardens at your own pace. If he is in residence, you can sit and chat with him while sipping a beverage, enjoy his company and the beautiful view. He makes a great rum punch!

  • Barbados was a great place to take a tour. The town where we got off the ship didn't have a lot to offer for exploring on your own. The tour offered 3 great activities and we had a chance to see a good portion of the island and learn a bit about it. We particularly enjoyed Hunte's Gardens where we got to meet Mr. Hunte. He acts as host after you have had a chance to wander through the gardens. When he is in residence, you can sit on his porch and chat with him while sipping a beverage, enjoy his company and the lovely view. He makes a great rum punch!

  • Excellent tour with a knowledgeable and helpful driver. Picked up on time at our hotel and the driver agreed to drop the four of us on the tour and two others at the cruise terminal later that afternoon. We were given priority treatment at both the caves and the garden. Hunte's Garden is a remarkable experience even for those of us who have toured many tropical gardens in the Caribbean and South Florida.

  • The guide gave us lots of info as we toured the area. Harrison's cave was different than one's I'd visited before...lots of waterfalls and some walls that looked like they belonged in Frozen. The highlight for me was Hunte's Gardens, which were so lush and beautiful. Mr. Hunte was there watering his gardens and giving us extra insight. Be sure and purchase lemonade at Mr. Hunte's home which is made with ginger syrup and angostura bitters and is the best I've ever tasted.

  • Great day out. Charles, our driver picked us up on time and was highly entertaining. Lots of information about the island as we drove between spots. Harrison's Caves were amazing. Huntes Gardens were a little piece of tranquility. The stop at Bathseba gave us breathtakking views over the east coast.

  • This trip was wonderful. Loved the cave, but Hunte's Gardens was totally fantastic. The different settings in the gardens and Mr. Hunte's discussion was totally personal and enjoyable.
