This is excellent! Our guide was Conni who balanced knowledge and the right amount of emotion. It’s a 5.5 hour tour from Marienplatz via train. It’s physically and emotionally tiring but so worth it.

The tour was very good. Easy to find the meeting location and use the train and bus. The guide, Carlotta, was very knowledgeable and personable. She spoke multiple languages so made it easy to comminucate with everyone.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable on the history and subject of the holocaust/WWII and more. She kindly made sure everyone's questions were answered and made it to each part of the tour. We did feel like we would have liked to have more time to see some pictures, items, and read some things around the room in each of the exhibits which we had to skip to catch up with the guide to hear the information she was sharing. Due to this, we missed out on some parts of the concentration camp and impactful visuals.

  • 12-Nov-2022

The tour was well done and care was given to balance the content with the opportunity to walk through the exhibits.

  • 09-Nov-2022

Our guide, “Connie” was outstanding. She shared the history, structure, experiences of the Camp in detail, with compassion and was always ready to answer questions.
