  I dated this because the guide was very caring and truly did his best to ensure that we had a safe ride. My dad is 67 and is worried about his pension so he wanted to make sure that he was safe. We had a great time

  Very exciting ride onto the sand dunes just on the edge of the Giza pyramids. After a quick tutorial and fitting my helmet we were off. Initially through the edge of Giza city urban area which has a lot of character and you see a different side of life. Then on to the sand. You encounter horse riders in this area as well as camel rides. I wimped out and asked for the lead ATV guy to go slower than normal as it took me a while to get used it. We had a few rest breaks after each ride in different parts of the area. We got some great photos too: the lead guy filmed me using my phone following him which was cool as well as photos of me holding the pyramid in the background. We also had a stop to sit on a Camel. I could have done a short ride but I don’t like heights and was a little freaked out by being so high up. Got a few pictures from me sitting though. Nice extra. Yes you need to pay for that. A few more rides as well a an opportunity to have the lead guy hang on the side of your bike and go on some dunes at a higher speed for a different effect. Yes I wimped out of that. Then back the way we came and back to my hotel. Fab fun. Make sure you are properly dressed for this. And I asked for a helmet. Nice guide too. He had fun being on the back of the lead guy’s ATV.

  My friend and I booked this ride because we wanted to take a break from the historic and educational tours of Giza and Cairo to purely have fun, and this was perfect. The equipment is good, the scenery is great and the guides are very accommodating and make sure you enjoy your time.

  Great fun at the pyramids! Thanks to Alaa dien (our guide) and Wahid (our driver). recommend bringing your sunglasses and head scarf to keep the dust out, but to be honest it wasn't very dusty so we had no issues (even though I have contact lenses). Alaa dien was a great guide and very adaptable so we had a great time. Thank you!

  In una parola: PAZZESCO! È stata l'esperienza che porterò più nel cuore qui al Cairo. Siamo stati prelevati in hotel dall'autista Sheriff e la guida Nader (ragazzo gentilissimo e simpatico) , ci hanno condotto fino al sito in prossimità delle Piramidi. Dopodiché abbiamo preso i quad e siamo sfrecciati dritti verso il deserto del Sahara. Con noi, a bordo di un altro quad, c'erano sia la guida sia uno degli esperti piloti del centro (Joseph). Quest'ultimo, nel bel mezzo del deserto, ha preso il comando del quad e ci ha anche fatto vivere per 10 min l'esperienza di un rally cavalcando le dune... roba da film!!! Il giro è durato circa un ora (con alcune sostanze fotografiche!). Consigliatissimo ragazzi!

  Hamid my tour guide was excellent, very friendly and informative. The drive to Giza and the pyramids was very comfortable. On arriving at the ATV rental, I was offered breakfast and had a quick local Egyptian style breakfast with eggplant and falafel-stuffed flatbread, bean-stuffed flatbread, which was really delicious. Hamid didnt ask for any money but i tipped him and his friend who was also very kind and funny (drove us around the dunes in a very fun manner while Hamid filmed). The highlight for me was driving around the perimeter of the pyramids area on the ATVs. There were some serious sand dunes, hills, and a lot of fun. Perfect place for quad. And the view of the pyramids from here is incredible. Also a stop for drinking tea for 20 LE. I was impressed by how quick the time flew by, a lot of fun. Afterwards, I chose to enter the pyramid area to see the Sphinx. For me it was worth it just for that. Many people trying to sell you stuff in that area. I would definitely recommend this ATV tour to anyone who wants to avoid the tourist "touts" or "traps" and have a special and fun view of the pyramids that most people never experience. It won't break the bank either!

  Walid Elshear and driver Mr Aymaan Ali.. Both were hospitable, took care of me from hotel and back. Really good hosts. Had an amazing time and the guide for the ATV company Desert Fox Safari was really good. We went through the Sahara and up and down sand dunes and was given freedom to ride as I wished and got amazing videos and pics. Would defffo recommend.
