We prepaid for a half day trip of the Grand Palace in Bangkok with this organization Travstore Travel. There was a problem on our end as far as transportation was concerned and we were forced to cancel our tour shortly before we were to take it. They were most understanding and professional in the way they dealt with us. We received a full refund from them and they were apologetic in regards to the situation. Based on my experience, this agency is very honest and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

This was the most expensive one way ride to the Grand Palace. Our young guide was consumed by his cell phone, gave very little info, rushed us through, and was done in 1+ hours. I asked to go into museum, I asked if I could go with a trolley to see 1/2 hour free with ticket, traditional dance at 10. I was told of course but I had to then get my own way back. It would be done by 11. I told him I was going but. The whole thing was weird.

My husband and I had taken many long tours on our trip to SE Asia so we decided to opt for a 1/2 day tour of the grand palace, emerald Buddha and reclining Buddha. This trip was perfect! Our tour guide Suki spoke great English and took several photos for us. He was also very comical and full of jokes. It was a great tour and recommend it for people looking for a quick tour of the palace!

Tour guide was a veteran, spoke english and was hard to understand. Most of the tour was lost in translation, it was hot and lots of people, which is probably what was to be expected. I couldn't wait for it to be open. I probably would have done better on my own. Then we were taken to gem place where they wanted us to buy stuff. Someone led me around, tried to show me things, I just said I wanted to go back to my hotel. Bad tour and then tried to scam me. Save your money, go early on your own.
