Under the current political situation of daily rallies and protests, the driver/guide did his best to cover the different areas of the city - parks, historical buildings and cable car ride to St Cristobel hilltop with sweeping panoramic view of Santiago. Traffic is gridlock after 5pm.

Tour guide was very informative and gave us a wonderful guide of Santiago hitting the highlights of the city.

Our guide Patricio made this tour enjoyable even when the two scenic hills in Santiago were closed, he took us to a hill on the outskirts. I saw every thing I wanted to see.

My husband and I booked a city tour, we turned out to be the only 2 people and got a private tour. Our guide and driver were fantastic, very knowledgeable. We went to all the major sites. The driver even accompanied us in a couple of locations when we walked around to make sure we were safe (we were there during the protests). We walked to the top of Santa Lucia for incredible views of the city, then we finished with a drive up San Cristobal. We had a marvelous time, Both were very easy to talk to, we felt like we learned a lot about life in Santiago.

I highly recommend this tour. We have been to Santiago before and saw the city on our own. This tour put it into perspective. Santiago is a beautiful city and the people are wonderful

Walking around closed parts of the city to look at building facades from a distance sadly isn’t my idea of a ‘tour’ but perhaps it’s my fault for not reading the small print properly. Had a genuinely lovely guide but v expensive for very little substance.

Our guide Sebastian and pick up was fine. Unfortunately there was at least 22 people on what was supposed to be a maximum of 8 passengers! We were on the 2 hills tour but all we did was drive UP one and AROUND the other with no stops for photo's! Vehicle was very uncomfortable!

  • 18-Jan-2019

Tour was billed as no more than 8 and was 25. We were to do both hills. Did just one with no pic stop.

  • 04-Apr-2018

Our guide was so helpful and informative and he had to speak two different languages throughout the whole tour because of the diverse group. He took us to all the political buildings, cathedral, natural History Museum and San Christobal Hill. This was a great way to start our time in Santiago as it gave you an idea where everything was so that you could plan the rest of your trip more easily.

I was disappointed that we did not get to go to the top of San Cristobal. Had we known in advance, we would have tried to arrange with the driver to drop us off at the bottom of the aerial tram, and pick us up at the bottom of the finicular sp? The other couple in the van wanted to do that, also. The traditional Chilean craft shop turned out to be an expensive jewelry store. The driver was nice and knowledgable.

The 4 hour tour of Santiago with English speaking guide Diego was exceptional. It was a private vehicle and just my wife and I with our guide. Would highly recommend his services to any one.
