Great guide- friendly, funny, well-informed. Knows his stuff! Knew how to bring the group together. Kept to a schedule, encouraged friendly cooperation from participants.

We had to wait from 1:30 to 3:00 at our hotel before boarding the bus after several calls to operator. And the tour was mostly in Spanish which I thought it was in English so had no idea what was said. We left the tour at Walled City since it was so late and we were hungry. I would not do this again.

Muy bonito el santuario de San Pedro Claver, el barrio Bocagrande y el Castillo San Felipe con una vista espectacular! Los guias muy amables y atentos.

I was traveling solo and the tour was amazing! They did a great job of telling all the history and even helped with photos! Others on the tour were Spanish speakers but they swapped back and forth between Spanish and English. Would definitely recommend!

The extensive knowledge of the history of the city that the tour guide expressed. Explained in both Spanish and English. Had a great sense of humor throughout tour.

We took a city tour with Nico, who shared interesting information about Cartagena. He tailored the tour to our interests and the air conditioned car was very appreciated. It was easy to book and the pick up at our hotel was on time. I would highly recommend Nico as your Cartagena personal guide!

Very friendly company especially our tour guide Fernando. Fernando was lovely, energetic, knowledgeable, accommodating and very funny. He alternated very nicely between Spanish and English. We drove around town, pointed out highlights and history. We had a couple of stops - La Popa Convent and Castillo de San Fillipe where we walked around, Fernando guided us well. Admissions to both were pre-paid with the tour fee. A couple of things to be aware of - we were on the bus for over 1 hour while they picked up all the other guests, not their fault but something to be aware of. Also they took us to a jewelry store at the end of the tour which I found a bit distasteful. There was no pressure to buy anything and we were educated about emeralds but this stop was an unpleasant surprise. Other than those items, this tour was worthwhile as it gave us an overview of the city.

Nico, our guide, was the best—informative, professional, and flexible. He adapted the tour to our needs. We learned so much about Colombian history and saw so much of the city, but what was most impressive was his compassion for every person we encountered on our tour. Nico is truly a special person. We learned as much about how to treat others as we did about the city!

While they were 45minutes late to pick me up, Al our tour guide was very friendly and wise. If you looking for an educational tour to Cartagena, this is your tour. They took us to all the unesco spots and even recommended restaurants with traditional Colombian food.
