Wonderful falls, great attitude of the guide and great views of the city. Nice weather by the way as well.

My husband daughter and her partner were on a trip to Quebec. We had come from New Zealand and they had come from Vancouver

The falls were beautiful. We left one person in the cable car line and one to buy the ticket, which worked out best for making the most of the 1 hour there. The copper museum was beautiful, but was rushed if you wanted to see all the displays. The chocolate shop was too overcrowded with 2 tour buses, but the best hot chocolate I've ever had. We didn't get to ride around the island because of a traffic accident blocking our way. The basilica was stunning.
-
The trip was good except for the time allowed at the falls. Too much time was allotted for the church and the guide did not mention that the gift shop closed at 5 pm. It was located in a separate building. We got to the church before 4 pm and it does not take an hour to visit. On the other hand the falls has be reached by a cable car that you have to wait for and did not even have an hour.

This trip was a great experience and Viator was excellent in programming all the stops and timing. The driver who was a one man show (driver and tour guide) was cautious and knowledgeable.
-
Jean Pierre was our driver/guide, a wealth of knowledge and a personable individual. I don't think he left anything out of the narrative as we made our way out of the city to the island, back over the bridge, to the waterfall, copper studio and to St. Anne's. Was a wonderful day.
-
The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was professional, courteous, friendly and informative.
-
Guide was very good, covered a lot of territory outside Quebec City visiting the church and the falls and other sites along the way. Very comfortable and interesting.

Everything was fine except the stop at the "Chocolate Factory" on the Island. This sop was billed as a factory BUT it was not a factory. Basically it was a 30 minute or so stop at a business that sells chocolates...there was not even a tasting of the chocolate or anything else for that matter. I'm sure there were other things of interest on the island instead of wasting time in a store . We should have spent more time at the waterfall, instead of being rushed there. Other than that the tour was fine and the guide was real good.

Excellent tour of the Quebec area. Don't miss this tour. Guide was outstanding, very informative, and helpful. Meeting location was convenient and easy to find. The price of this tour was reasonable and half the cost of the cruise ship's tour.
