Absolutely horrible. The tour guide didn’t show up. The meeting point was the Beatles platz at 7:00pm; got there by 6:50pm and waited until 7:20pm. No one showed up. I contacted Headout but they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. It was pouring in Hamburg yesterday and I had to take the subway for half an hour each way to get there. Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Never use this company or go on this tour!!!!

Our guide cancelled the guided tour with 3 hours notice. This is absolutely not acceptable as it was part of a present to some of our friends.

Vores guide Florian var nem at forstå og havde virkelig mange spændende fortællinger; både om Hamborgs historie og om Reeperbahn generelt. I had a very good tour walking around The Reeperbahn and St Pauli with Maila. Even though I was the only one on the tour she spent the whole two hours with me. She was very enthusiastic and spoke English very well. I recommend it if you want to learn about the area.

Unser Tourguide Florian hat uns mit viel Humor und sehr informativ die interessantesten Orte des Milius nahe gebracht. Egal, ob Beatles Lokationen, StarClubGedenktafel, Davidwache, Straßenstrich, Große Freiheit usw.; es war alles dabei, was man unter der Reeperbahn an Vorstellungen entwickeln kann.
