Back in 1971, Americans Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton opened the first Hard Rock Cafe in London. Their landlord didn’t think they could pull it off, so he granted them a three-month lease. How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world's greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe. We purchased the electric package. We were seated right away. The Assistant General Manager Glenn came and introduced himself. He played some of our favorite music for us. Made us feel at home. The food was great. A wonderful night.

Reservation für 8 Uhr am Abend. Wurden draussen dem schlimmsten Platz zugewiesen direkt neben dem DJ mit lauter Musik. Einen anderen Platz draussen gaben sie nicht. Im Restaurant drinnen wies und niemanden einem Platz zu. 15 Minuten wurden wir nicht bedient obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war. Als ich jemanden aktiv rief mussten wir den Platz wechseln zur Bar hin. Als wir dann endlich bestellen konnten und wir Wein zum Essen wollten. Wollte sie einen Ausweis sehen. Als Tourist trägt man den Pass nicht bei sich. Also wollten wir ihr ein Foto vom Pass zeigen. Sie lief davon und sagte dass wir so nur Wasser trinken können. Mit dem Mangager führte ich eine lange Diskussion über den schlechten Service. Dieser versuchte uns zu besänftigen, dass das Wasser aufs Haus geht. Wir assen dann schnell dort und wollten wieder gehen. Bei der Rechnung wurde uns einfach ein Trinkgeld von 13 Dollar verrechnet obwohl ich mich weigerte dies zu bezahlen bei diesem schlechten Service mussten wir es bezahlen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Hardrock Cafe, da ich mich am meisten auf dieses Essen gefreut habe. Zukünftig werde ich die Hardrock Cafes meiden, geschwiegen weiterempfehlen.

Ya no es como antes, fuimos a comer una noche y pedimos tres platos de salmón, las porciones chicas y desparejas, un plato tenía la mitad de contenido que el resto. Tampoco tienen buenas opciones sin gluten, lo que te ofrecen es muy básico y te lo dicen con poca seguridad, cuando le reclamamos a la moza nos dijo que el problema era de la cocina y ella no podía hacer nada. Soy habitué del lugar pero ya no voy a volver, sólo le queda la buena ubicación que tiene y el nombre.

Velkjent og det gjenkjennelige som du finner på alle Hard Rock-restauranter. Men maten var god og beliggenheten til restauranten er fantastisk. Deilig å sitte på uteserveringen og se innover i havnen ved Bayside. Litt høy musikk på uteserveringen, men absolutt verdt et besøk.

And they allowed me to bring my dogs! I'm not a big fan of the Hard Rock Cafe concept, but the food was very good. The nachos, burgers, fries and onion rings. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. AND the food was good. The portions were fair. You may have gotten a covert! A great choice for when the others in your party are shopping.

This Hard Rock Cafe is located at Bayside Marketplace. We are big lovers of the Hard Rock concept - on this occasion service was slow - particularly for our cocktails which arrived just after our food. My husband had the impossible burger which he felt was kind of average on this occasion - I had the vegetable fajitas which were lovely. Drinks were pretty good although expensive at $14 dollars each - we had a hurricane and a passion fruit Mai tai Worth a visit but even for one course and one drink each don’t expect much change out of $80.

Wir hatten einen sehr aufmerksamen Kellner und 2 ausgezeichnete Cocktails, dazu Onion rings als Twister mit leckeren Dip. Danach haben wir uns natürlich alles in Ruhe angesehen was an den Wänden und in den Ecken des Hard Rock Cafés ausgestellt ist. Die Toiletten sind super sauber und strahlen einen angenehmen Raumduft aus. TOP! Dann durften wir tatsächlich auf einer Leadgitarre und auf dem Schlagzeug spielen. Das war der reine "Wow" Effekt. Natürlich haben wir im Souvenir Shop bei der guten Auswahl wieder etwas als Andenken ergattert. Dies Location muss man einfach gesehen haben!
