  • We changed plans so we could accommodate a tour that we saw was available on Viator. At the time the tour was supposed to take place, no one showed up, no e-mail/phone call was sent to let us know that there was no tour. After we made phone calls and sent e-mails, someone finally reached out to us... the next day! We stood waiting for nearly half an hour outside at the meet up location, and even approached several people to ask if they were the guides. Apparently there was a glitch in the system that allowed that event to be purchased when it should have been closed. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence and no one would ever have this issue again.

  • Great tour, very insightful and Daniel was a great tour guide. Only slight downside is you couldn't enter any of the buildings.

  • The tour is done by a Harvard student, so really get the inside scoop. Rob was excellent!

  • Tour guide was good. However, expected to see more of the buildings.

  • The student guide provided the personal view of Harvard life that simply walking round campus individually would not, the student stories were very entertaining.

  • Our tour guide did a fantastic job! She was very informative and entertaining! This was an amazing experience.

  • Tour was not good. They let as many people as possible so you can not hear the guide. Our group had 100 people mostly families visiting from China they kept talking.
Tour was average nothing special. Would not recommend.

  • Very basic tour, good effort put by the students

  • We had an excellent time on this tour. Our guide was Fillip apologies if I spelt that incorrectly, but he did say Phillip with an 'F', a Harvard student who originated from Macedonia. We learned a great deal about the history and traditions of Harvard and we were fortunate to have a sunny not rainy November day all the while. We also greatly enjoyed the Museum of Natural history that was included. It was MUCH larger on the inside than it first appeared and we spent hours perusing all the exhibits.

  • What a great tour - and a fantastic guide.
Was very pleased with this experience.
