You will be greeted by the driver at Arrivals, with your name displayed on a board.
Flights are monitored and the driver's details will be provided in advance.
Please select your preferred pick up time allowing approximately 30 minutes to clear Passport Control and baggage claim.
When going to the airport, it is recommended to select your pick up time at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.
Booking a wrong vehicle type may result in non refundable late cancellation.
Waiting charges: First 15 minutes after your selected pick up time are free, after that waiting charges may apply.
Additional and overweight baggage (such as surfboards, bicycles, etc.) is subject to space availability and may incur an extra surcharge, which is payable to your driver at the time of service.

Once we found our driver, everything went well. However, it took an hour for us to finally find him at the airport. A note of caution to anyone from the U.S. who books this service. It's important that you have either European texting of phone service to expedite finding your driver. We had neither, and there was no way that we could call or text our driver on where we were in the airport. We had a similar problem on our return to the airport from Southampton; however, in this instance, the driver was not very proactive in attempting to find us.
