Alright tour. I believe Stuart was our tour guide. Very talkative. I do not think he ever stopped speaking while we were on the bus. Nice guy, knows a lot of quirky information. The tour of the distillery was informative and went quickly. You do get two tastings and a chocolate sample. Shop is fantastic. Café is a bit slow. You need to get bill and pay at bar. Food delicious. Wallace Monument was fun. If you are capable, go to the top. Worth the money, even in winter. As a whole, nice tour for those who love both history and whisky...but perhaps history a bit more.

Tour guide was terrible. Very little Scottish history. Insisted on pointing out non-historical landmarks. He kept the microphone on and pressed against his face the whole time so his asthmatic breathing echoed through the bus...for 8 hours. The bus had no air conditioning, it was so hot, people were starting to get sick on the bus. Time on the tour was poorly managed. Not enough time to see the Wallace monument and Whiskey Distillery, but added two additional stops of limited importance to the trip. Altogether, the day from hell.
