Conditions permitting, your guide will take you inside the columned entrance to marvel at the domed ceilings, prayer chapels and works of art.Our next destination is inside the Mount Vernon Marketplace - one of the citys most popular new hubs for artisanal food and drink. Your guide will show you to his or her favorite spot and order up a bite.
Well then head back out to see a few more sights before making our way to a nearby coffeehouse. Your guide will happily suggest their favorite cookie to go along with your beverage of choice.After the Mount Vernon tour, we will take a short break together before taking a light rail ride to the starting location of the Inner Harbor tour nearby.Well make our way to Camden Yards Sports Complex at the feet of one of Baltimores most celebrated sons, Babe Ruth. After a short rest well take another bus ride to join the final part of the tour, which begins in Broadway Square in the waterfront neighborhood of Fells Point. Youll discover the cultural and ethnic history that has given Baltimore its diverse culinary offerings.Next, we head to the Broadway Market, the oldest market building in Baltimore.
