Fantastic tour with Danish (D). A thoroughly enjoyable tour with a common sense knowledge guide. Has to be our best tour 10 out of 10.

Like most catered tours and the script and that is followed is routine. Ganesh the guide and the Ganesh the driver were very knowledgeable and the tour went without a hitch.

Zeeshan was our tour guide and we had a great day with him! He was very knowledgeable about all sights that we visited. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He knew a lot about Hindu mandirs and places of historical importance to Hindus which was very good because we were very interested in that. He tailored the tour to places that we had an interest to visit. Highly recommended!

A fantastic tour with Ganesh who was very informative and tailored the tour to our requests. We especially enjoyed the food we sampled. Would definitely recommend this tour.

The tour was supposed to be "private" but a group of 5 German travelers joined us. They were truly nice people but I don't think this constitutes a "private" tour.
The guide was pleasant enough but seemed to be doing nothing more than providing a basic description. At the end of the tour he left us and had the driver take us back to our hotel.

It was tops from top to bottom. We were picked up at the hotel. The guide was excellent, with us the whole time, including our excellent meal. We went to 6 or 7 things including a tour through the inner workings of the laundry at ground level as well as from above, the Gate to India, the spring where people believe the Ganges flows into Mumbai, a lovely botanical garden. the guide mentioned that his tour for the next day was cancelled. We asked for and got a tour of the "Slum Dog Millionaire" slum. But in addition, he picked us up at the hotel with all our luggage and delivered us to the ship after. What service. There were 8 of us.

we had a great tour with arjun in mumbai. we went to places we would have never found on our own. arjun gave us a lot of insights and the driver brought us save through the busy mumbai traffic.

We signed up for the city tour and added the optional street food tour. We were greeted by our driver at our hotel at 12:00 and began our drive to our first spot the Dhobi Ghat, the open air laundromat, to meet Alam our guide. From there we went to the spice market, stopped for samosas, drove by the most expensive home in the world, Antilia, went inside the Gandhi museum, stopped at Banganga Tank, Jain temple, hanging gardens except nothing is hung there lol, Oval Maiden to watch people play cricket, India Gate, Main train station, got a snack...the vada pav, Crawford Market, took the train to Giragon Chowpatty (the beach) to start our street food tour. There wehad cold pani puri (little cups filled spicy water), sev puri (like nachos), another puri dish I can't remember the name but it was so good reminded me of dal and served with a bun. Got back on the train to get dosas, went to Jimmy Boy for Veg berry pulao, a Parsi delicacy, and ended our tour at K. Rustom and Co for yummy ice cream sandwiches. It was a long but eventful day. Alam was knowledgeable, professional and answered all the questions we had. City tour...overall a good tour to hit the different sites. Keep in mind there's lots of traffic in Mumbai so be patient as you go from one location to another. Food tour...overall a good tour that allows you to try some of the popular Indian foods. Hubby and I were completely stuffed by the end of it.

This tour of Mumbai was perfect for me since I only stayed for a day in Mumbai and I didn't have much knowledge about this culturally rich town. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and the driver was the best one in that hectic Mumbai traffic situation. When I began my tour I knew little about the city and cultural and social contexts. But when my tour was done, I felt I kind of understood living a life in Mumbai.

We had an excellent guide and driver.I cannot imagine driving in Mumbai, but our driver negotiated the people and vehicles without hitting anything.
The guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Though less famous than Elephanta Caves, we really enjoyed the history.
The only downsides were the heat and pollution, though the pollution seemed to be less in the national forest.
