Could never contact bus operator. Waited at hotel for over 1 hour to discover, via a call made to by concierge, that trip was cancelled. No communication from bus operator. Disgraceful. Instead we made our own way a few days later via public bus for 25% of cost. Do not book this trip.

Not worth it trip, just a waste of time, you don't get to enjoy the tour, talkative guide and not much to see in Nicosia, if alone you could explore more.

We chose this trip in order to visit the Turkish part of the island. The problem we had was that the pick-up point was altered. We understood that it was a 'hotel' pick-up but we were given a point some distance from our hotel. Whilst we were there it was altered, yet again, to a further point away from our hotel. The tour itself was superb and the guide, when she was not talking about herself, was obviously well informed. On the return journey, several clients had pick-ups arranged at the drop-off points. We were never given this offer and resulted, again, in a long trek back to the hotel from our drop-off point. This spoilt an otherwise excellent trip.

The trip is well worth going on. Our guide was extremely helpful in explaining the complicated history of Nicosia. She was funny, kept quite a large group of us in control and very friendly. The only thing I would change if it is possible is the amount of time you get to spend in the Turkish part of Nicosia, you don't get free time and our guided around quite quickly. Other than that well worth it and would book again
