Great review! We are so glad we booked this and learned a lot about the city - Roy was great and informative

It was a nice tour and worth the money. I will say while the guide knew his history and was good at his job, the tour itself was a little dry. No interesting little side stories or funny jokes. My group was all glad they did the tour but none completely loved it.

This was a nice tour of Charleston. We saw a good number of sites. The best part of the tour was leaving the shuttle and standing on the sea wall directly in front of Ft. Sumter. Our bus driver was a little monotonous (my daughter actually fell asleep on the bus), but it’s a good way to see all of the downtown sites in beautiful Charleston.

The tour guide was informative but not friendly, He didn’t want any talking and made people feel bad for asking Question

  • 03-Jul-2019

We found the tour informative and fun. Chris was a great guide. We saw so much and when we walked about the city after, we knew our way around. Thank you!

Bob was an excellent tour guide. Have been to Charleston many times and learned a great deal more about the city and history on this tour.

  • 15-Aug-2018

This was a great way to see the city on a hot, humid August day. We drove by many sites and learned about Charleston's history.
Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the sites.

The bus tour was really interesting. Our tour guide was so kind. She did talk a lot, which I missed some important details during the tour because I wasn't sure if she was just talking to the group and talking about a history tidbit. We did love the ticket to house, which you can get on your own. To save time, I bought the ticket through Viator. We used our House ticket to see the Charleston Museum instead, which we are glad we did because the museum is absolutely fascinating. It's the oldest museum in North America -- a MUST-SEE in Charleston. It includes history from the pre-historic era to Civil War to Medical. It even has an area to try on vintage dresses.
