Bong took this tour for my wife and I. Her attention to our safety was paramount. The boat trip was enjoyable as was the rural bike ride which was not at all strenuous. The evening meal was preceded by a tour of the gardens where the much of the food was sourced. It was a delicious four course meal. Bong was very knowledgeable and willing to share. It is a thoroughly worthwhile experience!

This is a must do if you’re in Hoi An. Our guide Bong was amazing and made this a really memorable trip. She took us through some great spots, cycling through amazing country side, rural back streets and an organic farm that 300 families collectively farm. A unique, personalised and once in a lifetime experience that you won’t get on group tours.

Beautiful bike ride through the rice fields and vegetable gardens. Our captain Kong then took us on a scenic ride down the river with a more than satisfying BBQ dinner. The highlight was a tie between the beef Bah Mi or pork and tomato skewers. Thanks to Pham for leading our tour.

This was great it was a 10k bike ride being in our 60,s i thought it might bee too much but it is all on flat ground and was no trouble at all. Our tour guide Nam Pham was great he looked after us all the way, riding through the rice fields and all the back lanes we could really see how others lived. We arrived on the boat where the captain cooked the BBQ as we were travelling along the river. The food was great. This is a must do for any age.

Went on this tour with my partner her parents and her brother. Our tour guide Nam was great from the get go my partners parents were a little hesitant about the 13km bike ride but Nam assured us it would be fine...it was for those of you worrying about the distance the bikes are easily pedalled and the terrain is mostly flat! As for the the scenery pedalling through the rice paddies, shrimp farms and local villages with young kids running out to say hello is charming with Nam reiterating that the Vietnamese people are some of the most friendly people on the planet. His knowledge of the local area, farming techniques was a great insight into the resilience of the people. The tour ends on a small fishing/river boat if you have experienced and dined on one of the larger boats with the buffets and entertainment this is the pleasant opposite. Our captain & chef Mr. Rin greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us aboard as we sailed down the river and indulged in pork skewers, grilled shrimp, chicken and finished with a beef Banh Mi (yum) this tour concludes as you sail at sunset into the lantern covered hustle and bustle of Hoi An Ancient Town & is a great way to finish the tour. Highly recommend Nam and the Urban Adventure Team!

Our guide, Nam, navigated us through the ‘busy’ town streets and onto the back roads of Hoi An. He gave a local insight into the growth of the area, passing through the farming communities and out to the boat. After our ride the cruise back down the river to Old Town was welcomed. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved the bike and cruise tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide was so lovely and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. Her English was fantastic! It was very interesting to see how the locals live and grow their produce once you get outside the town a little. The cruise with BBQ was such a nice way to finish off the tour, coming into Hoi An old town past all the colorful boats and lanterns was beautiful, and the BBQ was delicious! I was a little worried as I haven't ridden a bike in a few years, but it was an easy ride and our guide made managing the busy traffic easy when necessary.

Our guide was very good and explained what we were seeing very well. The route of the tour was great, taking us outside the city to experience some of the countryside. At the end of the bike ride we stopped for refreshments. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious and very refreshing. We then got on a boat for a sunset cruise and bbq. After a bout of diarrhoea, I was a bit unsure and was very hesitant about eating it. I would recommend to the organisers of this tour to maybe not bother with the bbq and offer a light refreshment instead. This would be easier for the boat driver as he had to cook the food and drive the boat at the same time. All in all an enjoyable tour

My husband and I really loved the bike and boat tour. We had already done another bike tour that morning, and I wasn't sure if my husband would be keen, but it was so calm and pleasant that it made a highlight of an afternoon. The bike part was 12 or 13 k I think they said, but we didn't find it a challenge at all and we're older and not exercise nuts! The guide was very friendly and super safe and ensured that our group navigated any busier spots in safe ways. The boat ride was lovely and the food plentiful and delicious! It was a grand way to spend an afternoon/evening!

The BBQ dinner included in the tour was fabulously fresh and generous with portion size. All grilled on the boat; prawns, chicken, beef and pork.
