Our tour was amazing! Our guide, Don, gave a thorough wealth of information. From the Dam itself, to the surrounding area of plant and animals and housing around the dam. The history was exciting to hear. It made me seek out additional information post vacation! I highly recommend this company and this 4 hour tour! The maximum in a group/ride would be 10 so it made for a great tour.

Booked the tour, confirmed the tour, pink Jeep cancelled us without notification!!! Called them when they were 10 min late, gave my confirmation number and was told they were on their way. Forty min later I called again and spoke to the same woman and was told they can’t get to Bellagio because of construction then she said they cancelled my reservation yesterday but my phone number didn’t have a voicemail option. Both are false. Then why did she tell me they were on their way when I called the first time? Terrible customer service 😡

Background info was good, ride was air conditioned and cold water bottles were provided. Tickets were purchased for you and parking was never a concern.

Jane our driver & guide was fun and informative. The tour of the dam was cool, both on top and inside. It was a great, short trip from Las Vegas, especially if you can't do a full day to Death Valley or the Grand Canyon, or if you just like amazing engineering wonders!

The Pink Jeep tour to Hoover Dam was great! Leave the driving to someone else! Leah picked us up at our hotel and gave a thorough and interesting history of the dam on the way to the dam. She got our tickets for the power house tour, then turned us over to the dam’s tour guide for that portion. I wish we would have had a little bit more time to explore on our own after the tour because there are a few buildings with exhibits and a gift shop which we only had time to rush through. I would recommend the early tour even though we got picked up at 7:15 a.m. because it was cooler and less crowded when we were at the dam.
