Canceled on me the same day. Hours before getting to our pick up location we had our lake med princess cruise portion canceled. We called them FIVE TIMES the day BEFORE to confirm and they didn't say a word. The manager said she tried calling me the day before. There was no call coming in on my caller id or even a voicemail. Yet she answered my 5 calls and didn't think to tell me that she was going to cancel that portion from us. We've been to the grand canyon and hoover Dam. Only reason why we booked this particular activity is because we never been to the Lake. She stated they only open Thursday and Saturday. I went to their website and they are open every day. Another lie.... So disappointed. Their lack of courtesy is extremely inconvenient for tourists.

The driver was so kind! They did not give us a hard time with our hearing dog! However, the cost of the trip does not meet the price! It’s very over priced! We were only allowed to go to the museum of hover dam not go on the entire tour. We got cheap sandwiches that didn’t go with their list of better food that were on sale. We had to pay for our pictures which should be part of the expensive package. I would not recommend this trip for this price.

Not bad the weather wasn’t great but it was fun to get down to see the guys of the Hoover dam. I don’t remember much else but the views were pretty.

This was a great tour! Unfortunately, The Hoover Dam was having issues with their elevators, so we stood in line for most of the tour and were worried we wouldn't get to see the power plant, but our tour guide stayed the extra time needed so that we all could complete the tour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the tour.

We paid $109 each for the Gray Line Hoover Dam and Lake Mead Cruise. We were staying at the Luxor but had to be picked up from Excalibur which wasn’t too bad as it’s only over the road from the North Entrance of the Luxor. Coach pick up was 5 late and then we had to be taken to the depot for check in which was basically a ticket pick up. We were firstly taken to the Ethel M chocolate factory. You get 25 minutes there and it’s really not worth the stop, you don’t have time for a proper look round and the chocolate is expensive and mediocre. Then on to the Lake Mead cruise. We had to wait a good while for the cruise to board and start however it is a lovely cruise and the photo they take at the beginning with commemorative frame only $20 dollars. The lunch provided is only ok, half a pretty dry sub roll, packet of crisps, piece of fruit and can of pop. After the cruise pick up went smoothly and on to the dam. The dam is very impressive and well worth a visit but you’re only given 2 hours and for us this wasn’t long enough and we had to really whiz through. Drop off back in Vegas starts at downtown so if you’re staying at the Luxor as we were it’s a long tedious drop off route that you can do without after a long day. Our driver Rveda was very funny, and full of interesting facts about everywhere we went. She was great and I would give her 5 stars but can only give the tour 4 due to the totally pointless chocolate factory visit and the mediocre lunch.

We met the bus at the hotel across the street, NY NY Hotel from the MGM. I would - it to make sure you find the main valet entrance easily. Pick up was about 15 minutes late as previous people were a little late but we still got the tour center by 9:30. We got off the pick up bus and broke into different groups for our tours and then went on a large, comfortable tour bus. Our drive, Tony, was very informative and funny. it was a little hard to hear him sometimes. The bus also has a pre-recorded talk he would play at the appropriate times. We stopped briefly at the Las Vegas sign, we said go right out and click click and we will move on. Then we went to the chocolate factory for a 20 minute tour and a couple sample. They have a great cactus garden out front. We traveled to the Lake and got on our boat, had lunch and our tour. Other people stayed on the bus and went elsewhere while we had the boat tour. We were picked up and then brought to the Dam. We were dropped off and had about 1.45 to tour around. There is a security check going on , no food, weapons etc. We went in groups down an elevator had a tour around down stairs and some information and then walked to another section, more information and then back up. We could then walk about up top, go into a little museum area. We met Tony back at he bus and returned back around 5:45.

It was a good trip but the stops were not in the order as described. We stopped at the Las Vegas sign and the chocolate factory prior to the Dam. Also the Lake Mead portion was canceled. The lunch provided was good but the lodge was not staffed to take on the extra meals and we ended up eating much later in the day than planned.

Our boat cruise got cancelled due to mechanical reasons and it was too windy to risk it. We got on the boat had a quick lunch and were told we'd be refunded for the boat cruise. Our bus driver picked us up and took us to the Hoover Dam. Thing is it was unbelievably windy that day and we thought it might have been cancelled anyways- and we could have planned something else so the whole day was wasted. We've already seen the Hoover Dam. Not impressed that Viator has not returned my email about getting said refund for at least the cruise portion of our entire wasted day. Its been almost a month.
