Day 1: 90 minute cruise
Stop At: City Sightseeing New York Cruises, New York City, New York
Head to Pier 78 on the west side of Manhattan to board your morning or afternoon cruise around the lower part of Manhattan. Kick back in the indoor seating area, or take in unobstructed views from the boat's observation deck.
Cruise down the Hudson River into Manhattan Harbor, then up the East River to midtown before looping back. Along the way, keep your camera ready for spectacular photo ops of New York's many world-famous skyscrapers and bridges. Your exploration can continue on land at 2 locations: Pier 78 and World Financial Center. See a variety of New York attractions including the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Battery Park, Museum of Jewish Heritage, Governors Island, Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge, Williamsburg Bridge, South Street Seaport, Chrysler Bridge and United Nations.

I don't generally do reviews but in this case I am. Unfortunately the hop on hop off boat tour company didn't accept our ticket as the scanner wouldn't decode the bar code. Instead of giving us access to the internet they directed us to a public wifi area that didnt work. As they didnt let us on the boat we caught public transport to the other 2 venues on our ticket. At those places they both were welcoming and let us in with our printed voucher. Great places to visit. Now the reason I am writing this review is that when I advised Viator about what happened they immediately said they would give me a refund which they did within a short period of time. I would have no hesitation in advising people to use Viator as a means to pre purchase tickets and events while travelling around.

The Tour on the ferry was fantastic, very informative and captivating at all times, the time just went to quick. However, when it came time to enjoy the One World Observatory and Whitney Museum, I was turned away, because I did not receive a ticket for those attractions, although after being turned away at One World, I didn't even bother with the Whitney Museum. I'm not sure why I paid the additional money for the upgrade, If I never even received the option to use it!!! I could have just paid the 35.00 without the option and just gone to One World and bought a ticket without being embarrassed and turned away. I was very frustrated and it wasted a lot of my precious time that I had in NYC. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VIATOR AGAIN!!!

Wonderful - Excellent - I would defiantly recommend this. Had a short time to see NYC with a friend visiting from Scotland. Tour Guide on Ferry was great, we got up close to statue of liberty for photo ops. Best of all you can hop on and off all day to 4PM with
aggravating car n bus traffic. -

On the day I went it was raining which was a bit annoying. The tour on the day ran every 2 hours, not 1 as mentioned in the summary so I had to wait a while as just missed the last one. The tour guide was from New York and had plenty of knowledge to share. The lower deck is all covered and the top deck is half covered, half exposed so you can get clear pictures whilst still being under shelter. The only slight disappointment was that I was getting off at Pier 11 which is the final stop before returning to Pier 78, however once the boat leaves Pier 11 it goes to the statue of liberty so I missed that.
