From the start communications we're prompt and helpful. Clear instructions and costs were set out at the start. On the day staff were friendly and professional. The balloon and equipment were to a very high standard and the flight was amazing with a very experienced pilot. I would recommend anyone looking to do a hot air balloon to use these guys. Booked as a surprise specifically for Valentine’s Day. Was emailed to ask could we go the day before, only in Barcelona for 2 days so changed our plans agreed. The start time was also brought forward which didn’t really suit us either. We drove nearly 2 hours to an empty field with a lot of people just standing around, no balloons up. After waiting in the van 45mins we were told it could not go ahead as the weather was too foggy so we were sent back, another 2 hours, in the transfer (which we had to pay additional for). Total waste of a precious day. Guides knew nothing about if we would get a refund or not. I am told it will be processed in 3-5 days

The flight was very good. We were told that the trip back to the Barcelona would be $100USD. Upon arrival to the hotel we were charged $140USD. To top things off photos were taken and were suppose to be sent via email. We never received the photos promised or listed in the description.

Hemos hecho el vuelo en globo en la Costa Brava y ha sido genial! Un 10 para el piloto Aleix y todo el equipo! El vuelo muy tranquilo y sin ningún incidente, Aleix es muy profesional y contestaba a todas nuestras preguntas, que le hicimos unas cuantas! Al finalizar hemos recogido el globo entre todos y nos hemos tomado una copa de cava! Una experiencia 10 en todos los sentidos!

My husband and I did a hot air balloon ride in the States years ago but this time, we wanted to take the kids for their first experience which happened to be while we were touring Spain. While this company has been conducting tours for more than a decade, I found them hidden among others. Camins de Vent offers a good time at a decent price for an hour long excursion across the Barcelona countryside. Danny picked us nice and early to get us to the starting point. While the basket was full with fellow travelers, we were in the care of a solid the pilot. The ride is smooth and breathtaking. Definitely worth giving them a go!
