The Tour was very enjoyable and the guide is very knowledgeable. However, the guide was almost 1 hour late. He later reviewed that our booking was not reflected in their company schedule. We almost gave-up the tour that morning thinking that no tour guide as we waited for 1 hour. The agent was only notified when i message Viator admin that very morning. Hope the manage can look into this mishap.
