  Please be aware when you want to book this tour! It’s not at all what they promise. Despite a very professional tour guide and visiting some beautiful historical places… It had almost NOTHING to do with the novel or the movie. We had a history tour the day before and this didn’t ad any value on top of that. I normally don’t post comments like this and try to solve this with the touroperator. But they take days to respond and don’t acknowledge the fact that maybe 5% of the tour is about the book/novel.

  Travelers beware!!! Thus guided tour disappointed us from the very beginning. The description included an English tour guide. Our guide did not speak English so we understood very little of information and we were not able to communicate any questions. The description also said the tour would be based on the inferno novel. The guide knew little about the novel so that part of the tour was completely inaccurate. A great disappointment and I would strongly suggest you not take this tour.

  The tour only took us to Palazzo Vechio and when we were supposed to go forward on the footsteps of Robert Langdon the guide told us that there are only 10 mins left and we don't have time. She lost a lot of time in every room of the Palace and we had 1 tourist who didn't know English so we had to wait on every explanation for the Spanish translation as well.

  As lovers of Dan Brown’s Inferno, it was fascinating to see the real life scene of the book and movie. Eleanor was very knowledgeable about the history of the Palazzo Vecchio and the Medici family, and the works and life of Dante Alghieri. We thoroughly enjoyed this walking tour as our introduction to Florence.

  She was very knowledgeable of the history about the area and how the different locations fit into the Inferno movie, and how they were a little 'tweaked' in the book. She also had good answers to questions that were raised. Made me appreciate the book and the movie even more. She had to use both English and Italian for the group, but I must say her English was MUCH better than that of other bilingual guides I experienced. She was very easy to understand.

  Tour muy divertido, instructivo y ameno con Cristina, un encanto de mujer que contestó a todas las preguntas que le planteé y condujo al grupo en una inmersión de Florencia a través de la película Inferno. Fue un día extremadamente caluroso y a la hora del tour ( las tres y media) era casi insoportable por lo que empezamos por un excelente tour guiado del Palazzo della Signoria, y luego por las calles de Florencia con el Duomo, la casa de Dante, la iglesia donde está enterrada Beatrice… todo ello muy bien ilustrado por Cristina, quien aguantó estoicamente la extremada alta temperatura . Todo mi agradecimiento por hacer de este tour toda una experiencia extremadamente recomendable.

  Elanora was an amazing tour guide. She’s a genius! Besides the standard inferno guide she answered all of our questions regarding florences history and art. She brought Florence to life. I can’t recommend her enough.

  Pur conoscendo già piuttosto bene Firenze, grazie alla nostra guida abbiamo scoperto tante cose interessanti, aneddoti e parallelismi con il film e su Dante. Assolutamente da fare!

  Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di fare questo tour molto interessante, conoscendo la città sul tema di un film e più particolarmente sull'inferno di Dante. Ciò ha reso molto piacevole e divertente scoprire la storia dei luoghi storici di Firenze che ispirarono molti artisti. Grazie alla nostra guida appassionata Eleonora.

  We signed up for an English tour, but it ended up being both English and French as there were three folks from France. This resulted in the tour taking much more time as everything had to be presented in both languages. The guide’s English was a little hard to understand at times as the couple from France often spoke loudly and over the guide. The Palazzo Vecchio was the only building that we had entrance to during the tour, which was quite amazing.
