This Half Day walking tour will introduce you to Dante and his Divine Comedy; the guide will focus on Botticelli’s painting entitled Inferno and will include an in-depth description of the connection this has with Dante and the history of the Divine Comedy.
The tour will include the visit to the Baptistery, the Paradise Gates and the Duomo of Florence where you will be enlightened with knowledge of the symbols and codes as described in the book.
The highlight of the tour will be at Palazzo Vecchio, Town hall of Florence where faith and science join together with breathless revelations. This will lead the way through the beautiful “Salone dei 500” and the secret passages of the Duke of Athens.
