For all other terminals, please take JFKs free monorail to terminals 1, 2, 4 or 8.

ForLGA departures, NYC Express Bus picks up from:

LGA terminal B Agents/podium at the ground transportation welcome center

    I found it easily after my flight, quick and easy transfer to JFK! The attendant was very helpful and easy to locate.

    I never got to use my voucher due to flight change (jetblue) and self an email to see if I could post-pine the ticket use to the exact same time the following week and got no response. I could not cancel the ticket as it was less than 24 hours notice (even though I didn’t even purchase the ticket until 18 hours prior to the ticket time).
    If you can’t use the “free cancelation” option when you purchase within less than 24 hours then that statement shouldn’t be present on the page.

    The workers were busy at their jobs. They were offering rides to every traveler who passed the booth

    The bus ride between JFK and LaGuardia was fine. But, no agent was present at JFK to help us find the right bus. An agent was supposed to have been there and was not. Fortunately, a kind man who was also waiting helped us find the bus and gave us information. Be careful signing up for this because their buses do not run after 7:00pm. If you arrive after 7, you will have to find other transportation even if you have paid for this

    I arrived at the bus stop at 6.45pm for the 7pm bus. It never showed up. I waited half an hour for this bus before going to the information desk in the Terminal only to be told that the bus had been cancelled because of heavy traffic around JFK airport. Only suggestion offered Get A CAB. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
